I took Sammie to the Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital at almost 9:00pm at night. The staff were kind and helpful. They checked in with me for every step of the exam and procedures. Ultimately, it was decided that Sammie's quality of life would not be good, so the ultimate decision had to be made. The Staff were so understanding and helpful during the process. Even though the result was not what I wanted, I felt that the Staff were professional, caring, and helpful through out the whole experience.
