This is a review of the support staff and not the doctor himself or his work. I was walking my dog past the Surgery Center and stopped in the grass next to the street so she could pee. We continued walking about 5 feet, but stopped again so she could sniff the tree by the street. I heard "Ma'am" behind me and I turned around. A woman was standing in the doorway of the Surgery Center and asked if I had a poop bag for my dog. I said yes, but informed her my dog had not pooped yet and would pick it up if she did. Her co-worker then proceeded to come to the door and in a rude and disrespectful tone told me I needed to pick up after my dog. I informed the second person that my dog had not pooped yet and would pick it up if she did. She then proceeded to argue with me so I asked her to point out where she thought my dog had pooped and I would walk over there to look (I knew she hadn't pooped, but I thought I would entertain her). She caught a whole attitude and told me that she would not be doing that and I should know where my dog pooped. I honestly drug my dog back 20 feet to check the dirt patch then I just continued on our walk. I understand that if I had an attitude with her that I deserved the attitude back but I was not in any way disrespectful. I didn't appreciate her attitude over the misunderstanding. If this is the way staff treats someone walking by, I can't imagine how they treat the customers/patients. read more
