I remember my first session with them and being so apprehensive and scared and they were truly wonderful. The practitioners are caring, kind, and go above and beyond what is expected, they are extremely knowledgable. You do have to make appointments far in advance as this is a very busy clinic. To my knowledge, they do not take walk-ins. If you want a pediatrician or a doctor who you can see at the last minute (or within 48 hours), this may not be the place for you. (If my daughter needs immediate attention, I take her to urgent care.)

Not great confidence in this organization!!

I went to Harry Chao and Dr Yang Acupuncture practice to treat my back pain and shoulders pain…read more Dr Chao took the time to listen to me describing my areas of pain and always made sure to explain what the treatment would be like. I didn't feel rushed like I do when I go to my GP and I felt like I could ask any questions without feeling like I was bothering him. I love how acupuncture and cupping is helping me heal my body from years of stress and anxiety. Detoxifying it from all the pain medication I was prescribed and were just a bandaid but never treated the roots of my issue. I feel better after each treatment, the road is still long to completely recover but I'm confident I will be there by going regularly to my appointments. Lately all the personal is friendly and appointments are easy to schedule at times and days that are convenient for you which I appreciate a lot since it has been such a hassle to schedule any appointments with my GP. I would definitely recommend that place for anybody that wants to treat their pain for the long run. Both Dr Chao and Dr Yang are great. New! More ways to react to reviews. X

I had a great experience speaking with Andrea Johnson about the different program options they offer. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, including nutrition and what foods to focus on. One thing I really liked is that the monthly membership includes unlimited appointments and body scans. Having a medical professional monitor your progress and ensure you're losing fat rather than muscle is a huge benefit because it's much more effective than the typical online weight loss options where you don't get that level of guidance. Andrea listened to all of my questions and made the whole experience feel very supportive and personalized. I left feeling informed and excited to get started. Highly recommend Premier Weight Loss!

Which is no big deal because I was going for a depo shot; so all I needed was to walk in, hand them the drug, pee in a cup (to check for pregnancy, cause you are not to administer birth control if one is pregnant), get a shot in my ass and then leave. On several occasions I would have to wait for at least half an hour or more, with a baby. Now I used to work for an extremely busy cardiologist who did office hours and heart caths on the same day all intermingled, always running back and forth from office to hospital at a full sprint. But family care is a little different, these people were not running any where... One time I went in for a one p.m. appointment, and they told me I would have to wait cause they were still having lunch I was told this by what I am assuming one employees daughter and friend.. pretty unprofessional. The doctors were obviously not in on that day. Second bad visit, after waiting 40 minutes with my baby I was called back and oops they forget to have me pee in a cup and then went ahead and gave me the shot anyways. The doctor was really nice but the office and staff are out of control. I would never go back under any circumstance.

On the next visit, I pay my co-pay again and for three months IU mails me a bill saying I owe nothing. Thanks but I switched to a doctor with less complicated billing. Plus they no longer take my in-network lab services. All labwork goes throught IU Hospital and a less favorable coverage rate from my insurance, Anthem. Lab work now treated as a hospital charge. Great doctors but they affilliated with the wrong network.
