Nurses, doctor, and anesthesiologist are great! I felt very comfortable here under their care.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. You get to your appointment on time and then sit in the waiting room for 30 mins to an hour. They don't let you know the doctor is running behind when you check in. My elderly mom had to prepare for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. The prep was so rough on her she passed out and hit her head. Had to have the ambulance take her to the hospital and sew her head up. Then when we arrived at the hospital for the procedure they told us it had been canceled!!! WTH!!! Thanks to a charge nurse in the hospital she called and made the doctor come in and do the procedure before he left to go out of town on vacay. I hope nobody else has to go thru this with this office! read more

It was my first time going to this location. I had a really nice experience. I was checked in fast and the lady was not very personable but wasn't mean. I really wish I could remember my nurse that was taking care of me. She was so nice and friendly. Her iv skills are amazing!! I didn't feel a thing. The anesthesiologist, Janelle, I believe that was her name, she was so nice. She has skills rolling that bed around! Tammy was nice too! She was there watching my vitals. I briefly met Dr. Sanaka. He was very kind. I was in and out so fast. I honestly thought it was going to take longer. This was my first colonoscopy and they made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this facility. I gave this Clinic a five star because of their efficiency and good service. I had my doctor's appointment with Dr. Sanaka it was done by phone because of COVID. My appointment was done promptly and I was scheduled for my procedure ( Colonoscopy/Endoscopy) the following week. It was an amazing experience. Actually this is the third time I came back to this clinic. My procedure was done efficiently, the staff is very accomodating and polite ( Nurse name Tammy) After my procedure Dr. Sanaka came down to the recovery room and explain to me the impressions and gave me special instructions. Let me say this the dr I say was great but as far as the office staff in general they are terrible.. they do t make you feel very welcome or comfortable especially a 1st time patient.. i thought maybe it was just an off day for them but after my last phone call today with them I know it wasn't just a off day that's how they are all the time.. the girl that answered ( Tracy) and whoever she transferred me to ( Erica) they were rude & so unhelpful.. I went to the Center for Digestive Diseases/Cary Endoscopy Center for a colonoscopy. They were extremely thorough with all medical preparation and financial information before the procedure, very kind and clear on the day of the procedure about all steps involved, and Dr. Singh explained the results to me clearly and thoroughly after I woke up from the procedure. The entire staff was very sweet and helpful. The entire experience was smooth! As pleasant as a colonoscopy can be! read more

Was referred here by my primary care provider, and I really wish I hadn't. I got a colonoscopy here without any issue, but received almost no information about what my results meant and future management from my doctor, so I since changed practices and have been happy with my new one. The experience of communicating with this practice is a nightmare. There is no email address to contact for setting up appointments, and calling presents you with a very long-winded phone menu. I called many times during the week I was trying to coordinate sending my records to another practice, and got voicemails 90% of the time. Multiple times I reached a human through unrelated phone menu options, knowing the correct phone option led to a voicemail, and was then transferred to that same voicemail. Don't waste your time here; their communication systems are stuck in the stone age, and they rarely attend to their phones. read more

The office staff does not answer their phone or return calls. Terrible. I have tried making a follow up appointment for an urgent health issue and can't get through to the Dr. I had a test done last year and still can't get any plan of care for 8 months now. read more

NIGHTMARE! I had a colonoscopy here and got sick 4 times. Twice while I was under anesthesia and twice during recovery. They didn't change the sheet so my head was lying in a pile of my own vomit. I warned the anesthesiologist ahead of time that I was sensitive to anesthesia and I had a previous colonoscopy here with no problems. The worst part was that while I was recovering they were pushing me out the door saying that if I didn't get dressed and go they'd call an ambulance and send me to the emergency room. I thought they were closing but it was only 1 pm. They just wanted to go to lunch. I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone. RUN! read more

When you have one job and you're terrible at it! Son with colitis was given 70 prednisone pills (he had bloody stool the whole time on prednisone, and even after), a bill for $300 for a colonoscopy, and told his disease was incurable, and would likely need life long immunosuppressive medications. Wow! No one wants a colonoscopy (at least, I don't know anyone who does!), and this office made it so simple. My regular doctor referred me there, and the Center for Digestive Diseases / Cary Endoscopy called me to set a date for the colonoscopy. I was able to do my health history over the phone, and when I needed to change the date of my procedure, it was no problem. Two small glitches - they send an email with preparation instructions, and mine did not arrive. I called and they promptly sent another. Also, since I changed the date of my procedure, I had a different doctor than I was expecting. It didn't matter to me, as I had never met either doctor, but I would have preferred to know in advance. Anyway, the day of the procedure, the office staff was so friendly and efficient. They made sure I was comfortable and explained every step of the way what they were doing, from taking blood pressure to telling me how long until my procedure. It was unclear if my insurance would cover a certain part of the procedure, and they explained everything clearly to me and let me make the decision about what to do. The propofol worked great, and i have no recollection of the procedure. I felt fine within a minute of waking up. The doctor explained the results to me and soon I was on my way home. If you are a very private person, you might want to know that since each procedure they were doing while I was there was short in duration, there are several other patients who are going in and out of the "operating room" one after the other, and while you wait, you can hear some of the discussion of their results. I am not sure this is very different anywhere else in a recovery room, but I'm putting it out there. read more

This is the rudest, and most unprofessional office I have ever encounter! Its not fair to base an entire office on two unprofessional individuals, however, they do set the pace. Tiffany the "verification" specialist was the absolute worse. They had contacted me as a new patient because my doctor sent them a referral. I spent 30 min on the phone with Bridgette who took my information down, schedule me an appointment gave me pre op instructions. When I called the next day to give some insurance information I was told there was no way I could of be given an appointment because I didn't have a referral. Wait.... you called me!!!! Tiffany was very condescending and unapologetic for not booking my appointment and their mistake. I have worked in the medical field for 30 years and never have been treated so rudely!!!
