My insurance didn't accept, so I am out $317. They then wanted labs. They couldn't draw so they asked me to be back in at 750 am the next day. I came in at 740, waited until 840. I asked the front desk after 10+ people were seen. She said "oh you didn't have an appointment so you just have to wait". I set up an appointment at 740 this morning. I got there at 752 because of an accident on or near falls of neuse. 4 people were ahead of me in line. I got to the receptionist and they told me to make another appointment. Very poorly ran office.

Never examined my rash or felt around my stomach to figure out where exactly the pain was coming from. We did agree to do blood work, but she would not let me know which blood tests she wanted to order and the cost for each. She just wanted me to show up and have blood vials taken--could be 1-5 vials. Who knows! I said this was not acceptable and that I wanted to know what tests were going to be performed and the cost. They said they could only tell that to me the morning of the blood draw. I said, nope...I would like to know ahead of time so I have time to research each test and decide which ones make sense to me. They finally agreed they would call me in a few days with this information. They NEVER did!! They called, but it was to schedule my follow-up appointment for a few months from then. They also ordered some kind of sleep test for me without my approval, which of course I would then have to pay out-of-pocket. I immediately cancelled the sleep test with the company. This is a money-making racket! They clearly don't care about patient care and cost to the patient. I will NEVER return!! Lastly, the front desk people are grumpy and unfriendly, and the place is dirty. Yuck!

The Wake Forest location came highly recommended to me as an urgent care that not only could do the examination, but could meet any medical needs. I now completely agree that this location is truly amazing. The staff were absolutely incredible, the facilities were new and fresh, and my visit was treated with respect and kindness. There really is not much more that you could ask for. This will certainly be the place that I go for any pop-up medical needs. 5 Urgently Caring Stars out of 5!

MyCare 365 is a decent choice when it comes to needing to visit an urgent care…read more Parking is subpar and when it's busy, can be a hassle. Waiting time is always better first thing in the morning but they do their best to get you in quickly, much better than the ER's waiting times. The doctors/nurses at MyCare are very kind people and make you feel comfortable. However, the front desk staff aren't the friendliest people the few times I've come in. Healthcare in this country is unreasonably expensive, and unfortunately, when I needed my ears checked and all that was needed to be done was to clean them out, my bill was over $200 after insurance. If the need arises, MyCare 365 is my preferred urgent care location, albeit the high healthcare prices.

If you live in Cary Park, this OBGYN office is conveniently nestled in the neighborhood. Since…read moregetting pregnant, I come here frequently because it's close to home, very clean, and the staff (front desk, nurses, phlebotomists, midwives, nurse practitioners, and doctors) are so sweet and personable. I also love their health portal where I can communicate to my doctors if I'm having any trouble with suggested cold medication, or ask about certain products I'd like to use to see if they are okay for pregnancy. Sometimes I feel like I ask ridiculous questions on the portal and at appointments, and the healthcare providers never make me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Now it's true. If you are looking for education on oral or hormonal contraceptive methods, this office is not for you. But just because they don't promote this doesn't mean the office is hyper religious. I did go to one of the educational appointments on this. I attended an appointment in which you can prevent pregnancy by using something called "The Listening Method" which entails you to keep track of the consistency and color of your cervical mucus. By keeping track, they give you a chart that you have to mark. Based on the chart you can tell how fertile you are. I thought that this was a great idea for people who do not want to use hormones or other contraceptives such as a copper T intra uterine device (IUD). The listening method is great, however, I think this would be better utilized for busy people by turning this into an app. The front desk staff is also very helpful. My husband and I had a big gender reveal party, and they were very careful not to disclose the sex during our appointment. They were also kind enough to inform our baker of the baby's sex. My one start dock is for issues with appointment scheduling. I have made in person appointments, and then received notifications via email that they changed an appointment without my consent. Nonetheless taking more time out to have to call and reschedule again. I'm not sure i this is a system error.

After 11 separate visits to the clinic over a year, I NEVER met the practitioner who I had selected…read moreto be my doctor - and I drove 2+ hours to get to the clinic each time. I had a healthy, successful pregnancy from my very first IVF and 3 remaining genetically normal embryos remaining after I moved to the state. At my first implantation, the doctor asked about the gender (we had 2 males and 1 female remaining. We implanted the female). The doctor said "another girl? What are you going to tell your son one day?" Doctor, that's none of your business. That implantation ended in a miscarriage. For the next two [failed] implantations, my doctor added different medications saying "at this point, the studies are all voodoo, so why not try." She knows more than me so I trusted her, which I shouldn't have done. She tested my thyroid and gave me medication but never told me how important it is to take thyroid medication separate from other medicines. I realize she's not an endocrinologist, but if you prescribe it, you should give the warning. At one point I was taking over 11 pills and a shot. She also assumed that adding more estrogen was the answer and my levels were skyrocketing. Again, I'm not the doctor. As I said, both my implantations failed. I know that IVF is never a guarantee. And I don't completely fault the facility, however, in my journey to expand my family I feel like I wasted a year at Carolina Conceptions. New to the area, I thought it was my only option. It's not.
