If you live in Cary Park, this OBGYN office is conveniently nestled in the neighborhood. Since getting pregnant, I come here frequently because it's close to home, very clean, and the staff (front desk, nurses, phlebotomists, midwives, nurse practitioners, and doctors) are so sweet and personable. I also love their health portal where I can communicate to my doctors if I'm having any trouble with suggested cold medication, or ask about certain products I'd like to use to see if they are okay for pregnancy. Sometimes I feel like I ask ridiculous questions on the portal and at appointments, and the healthcare providers never make me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Now it's true. If you are looking for education on oral or hormonal contraceptive methods, this office is not for you. But just because they don't promote this doesn't mean the office is hyper religious. I did go to one of the educational appointments on this. I attended an appointment in which you can prevent pregnancy by using something called "The Listening Method" which entails you to keep track of the consistency and color of your cervical mucus. By keeping track, they give you a chart that you have to mark. Based on the chart you can tell how fertile you are. I thought that this was a great idea for people who do not want to use hormones or other contraceptives such as a copper T intra uterine device (IUD). The listening method is great, however, I think this would be better utilized for busy people by turning this into an app. The front desk staff is also very helpful. My husband and I had a big gender reveal party, and they were very careful not to disclose the sex during our appointment. They were also kind enough to inform our baker of the baby's sex. My one start dock is for issues with appointment scheduling. I have made in person appointments, and then received notifications via email that they changed an appointment without my consent. Nonetheless taking more time out to have to call and reschedule again. I'm not sure i this is a system error. read more

I miss Dr. White. I moved back to VA in 2017 & recently came back to NC only to find out that she wasn't there anymore. I've seen 2 other providers here. They were cool, but I just clicked more with Dr. White. The front office staff is nice. The office is clean. They just need to find something for kids to do that come in with their parents. Turn the tv on. Have some toys. Something!!! The last time I went there, there were kids running all around & I felt like I was in a daycare center. Oh, & the parking that day was HORRIBLE!! There was nowhere to park. I'm seriously thinking of finding a new GYN office at this point. It was nice while it lasted. read more

Not at all what I had expected. My primary doctor wanted me to have more in depth testing to ensure that I didn't have any cancer producing cells (which I told them several times when I made the appointment). Unfortunately, I ended up having a video call with the doctor that lasted about 10 mins and was told that we'll see what happens next year. I definitely didn't need to pay $70 for that. It was a complete waste of time. I don't recommend you going for your gynecological needs. read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about my visit to Reply. I really dislike going for annuals and I hadn't been for a routine visit for years due to that fact. The staff are great! Josephine the front desk was very friendly and made check in easy. The medical assistant Elise was the sweetest and was super comforting. My Doctor for the visit was Jennifer, and she was the best in all the ways a caring physician should be. I was never made to feel like my questions were taking up too much time or I was unnecessarily nervous. Jennifer was gentle , quick and informative about any fertility questions I had! I absolutely would recommend Reply to any female! I wouldn't recommend this obgyn. I'm a perfectly healthy 8 month pregnant woman and when coming in for my last appointment I was asked very rudely to stay away from the front desk staff girl Shayla. So I then asked if I would have to do the same with my doctor and was told no.... I understand if the front desk staff is uncomfortable, but just stay at home if being at work implies you being nasty to the pregnant women paying and in need of health care. I'm now 36 weeks and I have not had 1 phone call from my doctor. If you want yourself and your baby to be cared about do not go here. read more

I absolutely LOVE my Reply Ob/GYN Team! I consider it a blessing to have been recommended to Reply after spending years searching for a doctor who could properly help me with my endometriosis, PCOS and infertility. I was recommended from my former GYN in Baltimore, MD who worked with Dr. White in medical school. From my 1st visit to my 10th visit, Dr. White, the nurses and front office team have been nothing short of skillful and compassionate. During my 1st visit, Dr. White spent over an hour with me, getting to know me, my needs, our goals and reviewing my medical history in great detail. I LOVE that they actually listen to me as a patient and allow me to have a voice in my treatment plan. Sure, it can be a lot of work dealing with a medical team like this that actually holds you accountable for providing information that can help them come up with a better diagnosis. BUT IT IS WORTH IT! The charts are often taxing, but when I begin to see the results of our hard work, that makes it all worth it! If you are looking for a practice that is going to see you in 5 minutes and give you a "general" diagnosis and treatment plan, then Reply is NOT the place for you. read more

The doctors @ Reply are really good. However, it's the ppl there needed to keep things going. I had an extremely bad experience with the lady at front desk. She was mean to me when my insurance came up as ineligible. It was a glitch in system. since, it was the first of the year. And she could've gone about " how she said things to me" in a better way. Instead, she just blurted out you need to self -pay! Now why would I do that when i have insurance PPO and pay a lot out my paycheck for the sole purpose. She made it as a disregard was so mean to me being one- sided.I felt as if it was all about the "money" and not caring about me as a "new patient." So, I left and called my insurance and they called on my behalf to notify them. read more

I have been here for three visits and every time I have been felt listened to and got the care I needed. They also get to you quickly. There is a lot of waiting around for the doctor or midwife. If you are doing NFP methods, they are also a good place to seek advice or care. read more
