They did an excellent job - - - top-notch, nothing undone, no stone unturned. They have totally blessed me, and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am so much more confident now to host people in my home, knowing it is so clean. But what really seals the deal is how they go above & beyond, definitely with the deep cleaning service, but even with the regular cleaning too. I have a young baby at home and didn't have the house prepped for this months cleaning (e.g. items on the floor, dishes in the sink, etc.) but the team still was able to both straighten up for me and do a thorough regular cleaning all in just under an hour. Two weeks later, on the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the agreed time, which was a waste of my time because I drove to the house to let them in and show them around. After a few hours, I followed up by email and phone without response until I found a different phone number and got a text response. They eventually cleaned later that day, but they didn't provide ANY communications. No notice they were on their way, cleaning, or finished.

They had smiles (behind those masks they wore) and seemed to work very well together-enjoying their jobs. Makes a difference! It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

We hired her to help with our AirBnB turn over: we needed someone to clean the house, wash the sheets and towels, get the rooms ready for guests, and generally make the house shine. We tried other cleaning services, but they would leave things undone. Joselyn not only keeps every surface dusted and shiny, but she sets out flowers fresh from the garden on the coffee table! When she cleans the house for us personally, and not for guests, she puts out our own towels and makes sure that our personal effects are in order. (Once, she stayed all day to make sure all the laundry was finished.) Not only that, but she is super prompt and very responsive. I can text her at any moment. She even wished me a happy Mother's Day this year, with a sweet little e-card. It's not very often that you find an organized, responsive, thorough, friendly, and generous with her time and energy. I couldn't ask for better help. I hope Joselyn continues to build her thriving FRC cleaning service in Raleigh, helping many other AirBnB hosts with their house cleaning. She deserves all the success in the world!

I sent them the size of my house and what I was looking for and they sent me a price. I decided to go with them because they were about $50 cheaper then the other cleaners I reached out to. When they got to my house they took a look around and said to do everything I requested would be almost double the price. I was not prepared for a jump that big so I told them I wanted to cancel and then they informed me that it would be a $60 cancellation fee. We then agreed for them to do as much cleaning as they could for the original price. I left my house and came back to a house that was in worse condition. They broke 3 of my blinds, took out a toilet seat screw that they couldn't get back in, moved big pieces of furniture and didn't put it back (office desk, tv stand, etc.), and left piles of dust in my house. I asked them to wipe down the glass in my shower again and without even trying they said there was nothing that they could do. Overall, my house was relatively cleaner but for the price and quality I would've been better off doing it myself. The one consolation was that they admitted to the things they broke and agreed to reimburse me for it. Response to business: I believe I was fair and accurate in my review. Your work did not deserve more than 3 stars. Your employees did not tell me things were broken, I had to search through my house to discover what was broken. That should not be required during a regular cleaning. Your employees broke 3 blinds. You would think after breaking one or two they would stop cleaning them and let me know why, but they did not. The toilet was 100% damaged by your employees. There were no issues until after your cleaning. I also should not have to vacuum dirt piles after your employees leave. I'm happy some your other customers had a good experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for me.
