Miguel and Mike from CEM saved the day for us, when our Bosch dishwasher was delivered by a supplier whose delivery team then refused to install it because they said they didn't do electrical work if it's hard-wired (we'd paid for installation and removal of the old machine-- and dishwashers are frequently hard-wired). So the supplier just left the old machine partly pulled out into our kitchen along with the new un-crated machine. I found CEM on line on Friday afternoon before a 3 day weekend (MLK) and they gave me a Monday (MLK) appointment. Miguel understood the situation exactly when we spoke, and we exchanged some texts about model and attachments over the weekend. They arrived on time, quickly removed the partially installed machine, sorted out the lines and electrics, installed the new machine, leveled and tested it. They hauled away the old machine down 20 steps and cleaned up.The price was as stated on their website, plus some for the parts which our seller had failed to include (another installation company wanted old machine photos emailed and gave us a $500+ quote). I love this company! My dishwasher conked out and the one that matched my kitchen was only available to be shipped from NY if I didn't want to wait months. The dishwasher arrived from NY but I needed someone to install it. I found this company online and was surprised at how great the reviews were so I tried them. When they showed up they could not fit the dishwasher in the space where my old one was because the new one was slightly larger. They told me I needed to get a carpenter to trim a cabinet and then they'd come back. They told me exactly what to tell the carpenter. I did that and they came back today to install it. We ran into another snag with the existing drain line being too short but they fixed that easily. They called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. I hired this company to install a hood and a dishwasher for us . Before he arrived to the job , I provided him with the spec sheet for the hood as well as for the dishwasher so he can make sure they are both installable and he knows what materials are needed. When he got to the worksite he realized that he cannot install the hood because he doesn't cut holes in the ceiling . Again ( he knew what hood he could expect but didn't prepare for it . He didn't bring the install kit for the dishwasher as well. After all , he said he cannot do the job and left me stranded with the two appliances even though he knew it was a time key sensitive project and that I couldn't get another person in that quickly to do it . We had been putting off getting a new dishwasher for years because it was lower than the main floor. But it finally had so many problems, I had to bite the bullet and a order a new one. CEM Appliances Install was recommended to me and I was so relieved and happy that they figured out how and worked very hard to retrieve the rusty 40 yr old DW from under the counter top. CEM Appliances first install my new gas cooktop. I was so pleased with the service, that several month later, I had them install a new double wall oven. Miguel Aquino provided excellent customer service including timely communication. Both installations were performed professionally. I've used CEM twice (after Home Depot and Lowes couldn't do the installs. Both times they were on time and went out of their way to handle some challenges with the installs due to my older home. They installed a micro/oven combo as well as a downdraft dual fuel range. Mike is extremely detail oriented and made sure everything is done 100% correctly. I highly recommend these guys! Don't use Home Depot or Lowes installs if you might have any challenges and it's more than just plugging it in. read more

I needed my water hose hook up on my washing machine switched. It turned out to be a lot more difficult than just switching the hoses because of a steam dryer that uses the same water line. Miguel was great. He stayed as long at it took to get the cold water running through the correct hose and now I can wash with cold water!!
