Customer service is as important as the cabinets we choose. They have a great selection of cabinets but also have - by far - the best service we've experienced, and we're only in the early stages. When I called the office, they said it was poor installation by my contractor. I paid $7000 for particle board cabinets, which made realigning the drawers very difficult. The only solution that was offered by Belmont was to pull the cabinet out and wait for a replacement (6 weeks delay). No one from All Floors and More or Belmont, was willing to assist us by coming to see the cabinet, make the necessary repairs, or stand by us, their customer. They assumed the customer was wrong. Next, it took 5 months for the hardware to arrive, which was way too late. When I was notified it had finally arrived, I asked to return it, and they told me I had to return hardware with 60 days of the order ( which was 3 months before the hardware arrived). These people just want your money and do not stand behind their products if there is a problem.

Perhaps this store is only interested in working with contractors, not the average homeowner. Went to another store and was greeted and treated respectfully. I will not be giving these guys my business.
