I called few companies the first one quoted us 2 thousand ( yes you read that right ugh) ... the second hand man company ( a famous one with 4.5 star rating cough cough) listed by yep said it could range 1200-1800 for this job, and few other individual handyman quoted us 300-500. I am pretty handy myself, at one point I thought I should just do it instead of paying 2000 or even 1200 lol .... Due to Seattle construction boom some company charge insane amount of price. You definitely should look on YouTube , research or read on how much work it requires some to perform. You then approaches few people with some knowledge and get few quotes, It only costed 1300 for my roofer to come to re weld and fix , I was not about to pay 2k for dry wall repair. In the end We picked Valerie , he got back to me the fastest, nicest and gave me the quote ASAP. He had to come back three times and did a great job. It was done perfectly the price was extremely reasonable 350 only including material , we will definitely call him again for sure next time to paint or repair, or refer my Neighbors to him. He also had to come back 3 times on different dates and wait even. Also he is punctual and when he is stuck in traffic he even let us know. I wish more did this. Definitely one of the better home repair guys I have hired and sadly I hired too many for jobs in the past.
