When your phone breaks or doesn't work right, sheer panic! We're so reliant on these things, it's…read moresick! I had an excellent experience with this business and their replacing the glass on my iPhone. I did have to wait until the next day, which drives ya nuts when it's the thing we're addicted to most in this world, but next day wasn't bad at all, and they hooked me up with a screen protector for the wait (thanks!). The repair was explained, timely, and cost LESS than any other business I called in my area. What more could I ask for? I was having an issue with my phone screen after dropping it (a couple of times, yikes). Turns out, instead of putting all the important internal parts at the TOP of the iphone, you know, where you don't really *need* to click as much for all the important stuff as we do at the bottom of the phone, such as going back to the home screen, texting/messaging, shutting down apps, etc. Apple decided to put all the wiring down there at the bottom. So, if you get any screen chips there, it really messes up the functionality badly. Pro Tip: If this happens to you, set up the "Assistive Access" mode so you can get back to home! It was a lifesaver while my screen was broken. The well-known chain place I took it to once before, years ago (UBIF), now decided to triple+ the cost because they are using "apple glass" now -- whatever. That's bs because the non-apple glass works perfectly fine for *not* half the cost of an entirely new iphone -- how dumb! This business charged a flat $130 all-in, total price, nothing else, and that was the best price I could find in Denver Metro. They finished my phone on time and followed the instructions to reach me with updates (you'd think this is standard, but it's not! I had the opposite experience at another business). So based on my experience, I'd highly recommend this company if you need a glass replacement on your cell phone.

They're located at the very busy intersection of Colfax and Josephine (southwest corner), but there is a private parking lot with access from both streets. I have only seen them work on issues with smartphones, but they also provide services for tablets, gaming consoles, and many other electronic devices. They are expert at battery and screen replacements for both Android and iPhone devices. Turnaround is usually quite quick. Unlike many repair services these days where you often have to mail items far away or drop things off with an unknowledgeable clerk, at Phone Repair and More you can talk directly with the technicians to ensure there are no miscommunications and that you get the information you need. I've found their charges very reasonable also.

The dinner was equally as impressive as everything they do at Denver Phone Repair. Now the idea is its great to have Business owners who truly care about their customers because this is all but nonexistent in Denver today and it is a real pleasure to find that people still take the time to care about the community beyond a buck, and that is what you will find at Denver Phone repair Thanks Rab for all you do and for truly caring about the the ones who come to you for the phone service you provide with love I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!!!!

If you could mess up every possible thing, that's this place!…read more They claim to want you to make an appointment online, and guess what!? The appointment you make won't even be honored!!! So, what's the point, Denver Phone Repairs??? I made an appointment here, even though it's more expensive than another place, just so I could get my phone fixed THAT day (before heading to a concert that night, I wanted to have my phone working well). When I bring it in, the guy tells me the person who fixes the phone won't be in for another 2-3 hours. WHY WOULD I WANT TO GIVE UP MY PHONE FOR MULTIPLE HOURS TO SIT IN SOME SHOP WHERE NO ONE'S WORKING ON IT? I'd rather just have my phone longer and only take it in for the time it needs to be repaired, that would be everyone's preference. So, the dude at the counter who knows I'd like to get my phone back asap, I ask can he contact this person, I think the owner, to make sure he knows I'm going to be coming back at "x" time to get my phone. And I give him my email to send me any updates. I left and came back even 20-30 minutes later than I said I would, so they had even *more* time, and NOTHING had been done on my phone!!! Counter guy tells me the other guy/owner still hadn't come in! So, like, they never told him a customer dropped off their phone, and he needs to get there? They never used my email to update me about anything, either. WHY take my info if you ain't gonna use it???!!! How do you OWN this business and give no shtz? Seriously, this place is a total crapshow and a joke. I'd steer clear of this place, and there's a better business that runs like an actual, functional business that is also less expensive than this dump. It's on Colfax by City Park. Go there instead. (PS - if you really wanna see how unprofessional this "business" is, sort the google reviews by lowest and read the responses!!! When people show you who they are, believe them!!! Most unprofessional responses you'll see).

I posted a request for flatscreen tv installation service a little past midnight Friday night/Saturday morning, and expected to begin receiving replies first thing in the morning. I was surprised to receive a reply from Get Smart Home less than 5 minutes later asking qualifying questions. Five minutes after replying I received a quote and commitment to install two TVs on Saturday. Vlad and Stasia text me 35 minutes before the installation appointment to alert me they were on the way. They arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism: they were courteous, well mannered, personable, knowledgeable and fully prepared with the necessary tools, supplies, blankets to lay the TVs on, and booties to cover their shoes. They reviewed the TVs and desired mounting locations, asked questions about my preferences, made recommendations, set expectations, then went to work. They were efficient -- finishing both installations and cleaning up within an hour -- and most importantly, delivered results that again exceeded expectations. I am impressed with the quality of Vlad and Stasia's work and the excellent experience of working with them. I recommend Get Smart Home without reservation and will be relying on their expertise and services for my upcoming home automation projects.
