But I was patient because I knew there were a backlog on getting computer chips. So now I'm back in business. I love this store. So if you are looking for a repair store or an upgrade in a phone or tablet this is the place. The items are not refurbished but may be slightly use but in excellent condition. Went in for a broken IPAD screen picked it up took 24hours later- took it home found a defect in the screen. Took it back- no empathy for the product they delivered, said to come back at 11AM the next day. I got there at 3PM- said that the iPad was not there- I lost it then. Said that they had to take it to a lab because in-house equipment was broken. I didn't get the courtesy of a phone call to let me know the repair would be delayed. Now this is my fourth trip to this place. I asked for my Money back. They ended giving me a free screen protector. I DO NOT recommend this place. read more

This is one of the WORST places I've been too! Went and got my front and back of my phone fixed. Was charged over $300. Worker asked me to pay with cash only to find out it was a scam! By the next morning Face ID didn't work or front camera. Went back next day to fix it. Said there's nothing wrong with the Face ID and that I should just reset it. Within one month the screen turned blue and lines all over. When I went back to fix it, cause I was told I had a 1 year warranty, the warranty doesn't cover this! Couldn't track my receipt because I paid cash! Took my phone to another place, as soon as they opened it they told me that screws were missing, Face ID was burned when this screen was installed, blue screen was from film not removed, was given lowest after market screen and messed up rear camera! NOONE should go here. $550 out because of this store. Will tell anyone trying to walk into this store not to go. Biggest scammer and waste of money! read more

Used this business to replace the screen on my iPhone 4s. While they were changing it, something went wrong on their end and my phone will no longer turn on. An unfriendly manager called me and informed me that my phone was broken. Never did she apologize for the business ruining my item or offer some sort of compensation for the cost of my phone. I understand I signed a liability form when I dropped my phone off, but it's hard to believe "that this has never happened before" and they "don't have a procedure for broken iPhone 4s". Went in because I had broken the screen on my iPhone and was looking to get it replaced. Had a pleasant conversation with the worker about what they would need to do as I had broken it pretty good. Due to it costing $130 to fix the iPhone 5 screen he advised that if I was planning on getting the iPhone 6 I might just want to knuckle it out for a few months. Needed my iPhone 6 Plus fixed after a botched repair by an apparent amateur. Made an appointment, got the phone in and repaired in a very reasonable time and for a very reasonable price. The employee I dealt with was very outgoing and informative, taking the time to give me explanations of what needed to be done and why... NO BS!!!! The screen and parts put on the phone appear to be of e HIGHEST quality, not that Amazon garbage with defective parts and poor quality screens. I will be giving all of my future repair needs for my devices to these guys for now on! Not to mention the tempered glass I was hooked up with and half off cases with any repair! Matt Smith was a great help gave me a great deal on a custom phone case for my girlfriend and a case and screen protector. Great time one fixing my cracked screen. Was a bit more expensive than going to the Apple Store but I would gladly come Cellairs. All in all I love it and am going to get 2 more custom cases from Matt. Very disappointed! Bought a protective shell shock glass cover. 9 days later I drop my phone on accident and the shell shock protective cover shattered. Went back to the store and they wanted me to buy another cover. Wouldn't stand by throes products. Never again going back!!! read more

Brought an iphone in on July 4th. They were the only ones opened in the area. I wish I would have read these reviews first. I would have waited until the 5th when other stores were open. Gave the phone to the woman working that day and she was told to be careful with the wireless charging case as the there is a small piece that fits into the lightning jack. Of course, she broke it but then came back out and said it was broken when I gave it to her and refused to replace it. Really????? cause it wasn't broken when I gave it to her and if it was why did she wait until the end to say something, why not right away when she discovered it as I was waiting in the store. I called who i assume is the owner and of course, no return phone call. And to add insult to injury the screen broke again, clearly this was shotty repair. read more

Excellent service. My son's IPhone screen was shattered to the extent that we thought a new phone was the only solution. After checking several repair places online, we decided to give Cellairis a call. I was able to conveniently schedule an appointment time in advance. When we arrived at the appointed time, we were advised that the repair would take about an hour. We were prepared to spend an hour browsing at Partridge Creek, but we got the call 35 minutes later that the job was complete. We picked the phone up and it looked great and functioned properly. I was told when I called that the regular cost to repair it would be $130 but they had a special going so the price was $99. Once the job was complete, we were given the option to pay 1/2 price for the repair if we purchased a case from them. After looking at the cases and doing some quick math, we declined to purchase a case from them, but only because they did not have what we were looking for. Based on the price of the cases, the total would have been about the same if we paid 1/2 price for the repair plus the cost of the case. Not a bad deal either way. I am all about convenience, fair pricing and fast, efficient and professional service, and Cellairis is all of those things. read more

My daughter's IPhone 4S's power button wasn't working. She had heard from friends that they had their IPhones repaired at Cellaris at Partridge Creek. We called ahead to ensure someone would be available to repair her phone on New Year's Day. We arrived at the store and the same girl I spoke with on the phone was there. The technician was arriving shortly. Ethan, the repair technician, fully explained what was wrong with the phone and how he would fix it. We left the phone at the store as it would take about 1 3/4 hours to repair since there was another phone ahead in line. We received a call when the phone was ready. So far it appears that not only the power button works but everything else is still functional. The cost of the repair was very reasonable - $39.99. Additionally, there was a $10 off coupon on repairs that I found on the Cellaris website. We also received a 25% discount on the 2 cases we purchased at the same time. The staff was very friendly and nice as well as extremely professional. I would highly recommend THIS particular Cellaris for your IPhone repairs as well as the purchase of cell phone cases. read more

Absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Working in customer service myself, I was simply blown away by the blatantly rude employees. Judging by facebook comments and reviews this company is a complete scam and DOES NOT care about their customers. I will never recommend this company or location specifically. Upon purchasing a phone case, which was quite frankly over-priced, I was asked if i WOULD LIKE a screen protector put on, I asked the sales rep if it was free, assuming by the way she asked and I was told by a manager "We are trying to run a business, why would we give you anything for free" it was completely RUDE and the fact that she spoke to me with a condescending tone as if I was stupid or beneath her made it all so much worse. Total idiots. Came in the guy said it was corroded and then said it was immaculate minutes after. He started diagnosing with microprocessor damage before even turning it on and thoroughly examining it. He quoted me $160 to change a screen and do some kind of intensive cleaning. The phone was working fine before I left and just the screen was screwed up. I got some weird voicemail on my wife's phone later that night saying he worked on it all day and it just needed to be backed up from iCloud. I came in and nobody seemed confident about whether it was fixed or not. We tried to turn it on and it was flashing and going out over and over. I said forget it I'm buying a new one. They asked me for $20 labor. I said keep the phone and left. They have no idea what they are doing. I think the store is for Partridge Creek girls to take their phones after they got drunk the night before and dropped them at the bar. They said they would give half off on a screen protector for $15! I said that is ridiculous I can get it on amazon for $5 full price. He said well we will put it on and it won't have bubbles. Like I'm not able to do so. I asked someone else who said they have had their phone fixed there. They said both times their phones worked for a few weeks and then turned into toast. Complete scam center. Stay away.They should have paid me for my hassle. read more
