TechMates came to me at the hotel and fixed my phone in under an hour! The price was reasonable too, and cost me a small fraction of what it would have cost to replace the phone, even though it's several model-numbers old. I cannot believe the level of customer service provided and the quality of goods they're using to repair phones. I feel like I got an incredible value for the price I paid. If you're in the Atlanta metro and you need your phone repair, don't go to a storefront somewhere...let TechMates come to you! You'll be glad you did!

I told the GM I have been a loyal custimer spending $$$. Her response was "I don't care." Here us what happened. My computer died Friday so I wanted to get a battery for my other computer. i work from home so my livlihood depends on it. Staples charges $70 and takes a week. Amazon $20 and takes a day. The problem is I don't know the exact one to buy. A Staples guy yesterday wrote down numbers from the computer but there are still several choices and I don't want to order the wrong one. I went back to Staples to ask for help. All I wanted was for them to confirm on my phone that the battery was correct. "No." The reaaon was Amazon was a competitor. They told me I should be able to order it because I had the info. I told them I was 60 years old and didn't know one computer number from another. They became very disrespectful, telling me that I should just figure it out or order and hope for the best. Then, they were more disrespectful when I got upset at how they treated me. These young people are awful. I reported them to corporate.

Whether I am shopping, returning a Amazon package, or using the printing department. My family uses staples for their printing needs. This week I had to have some printing done for our 25th Pastoral Anniversary banquet. I took my program in on Monday to have it printed. On Tuesday after program was printed, changes had to be made. I returned on Wednesday to inform Staples a committee member wanted to make another. Staples printed our program a total of 4 different times. I was upset with my committee team member because these changes should have been made before taken to Staples. The store employees who assisted me were Chloe, Ness, and Dennis. This team of individuals went above and beyond their job duties and assisted me each time with the upmost courtesy. I sincerely appreciate them for their patience and all the assistance they gave. Staples is not only lucky but are blessed to have such positive and courteous representation. I look forward to many more years of business with Staples and I surely hope these individuals get the recognition they so well deserve Mr. & Mrs. Winfred W.

So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were, gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! Your response to my post about your company shows right there that you truly are a piece of shit I mean most businesses ask the person how they could've made their experience better bot not you. You already know you are a piece of work and you'll just about do whatever you have to do to get a sale and if someone has an issue with your work you are 'too busy' to come back and look at the work you did but if they have something else their wanting to pay for you'll be right there. It's all good I have seen your type before you wont make it long in life. You;ll end up dying early of something like a heart attack or something bless your heart.

I needed to find a computer repair shop with Linux knowledge to work on the Ubuntu system I built for him almost 10 years ago. More important, I needed to be sure they would exercise EXTREME patience with my dad and his bad hearing. Luckily, I found Cyber Tech Cafe in my search and noticed the CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) logo on their main page. Immediately, I knew they had to know Linux and could help. After submitting a request on their contact page, Nathan replied and I explained the need for their help and their patience with my dad. He followed-up with my questions and I sent my dad, computer in hand, over to the shop. Nathan updated me later with the current status and prognosis for the computer. Super nice. My dad told me they were friendly, patient, and were able to get him "back on the internet". Thanks Nathan!
