The location inside of walmart in lithonia,ga damage your property and lie about it to take the liability off of them. The manager of the location is a liar and has poor customer service skills. The manager accused me of sitting on my oppose ipad which caused the frame to become damaged which makes absolutely no sense. I took the iPad to get the screen repaired and received it back with a bent frame on the side and the only explanation was I brought it in the location in that condition and it looks like I sat on it which made the frame bulge out. The most ridiculous lie I ever heard. I highly recommend not using that location for any service. 0 stars for the location and the manager of the location. read more

Then when your phone gives you a battery notification they will not give you a refund and try to upsale to a premium battery that still is not compatible with Apple. Do Not use this company. I have an elderly friend who needed a battery for her phone. Her son found this store inside the Daytona Beach Beville Rd Walmart. I took her in and the girl ordered the battery said it would be in the next day around 4 or 5 o'clock. They made her pay for the battery. The next day they called her and said it was not in, it would be in the next day. Again she was called it wasn't there. She went in on Sunday it wasn't there. We went in Monday to get a refund the owner was called, he would not give her a refund!! You do not treat customers this way arguing with them over the phone, he wanted to give her store credit $90 store credit, I don't think so. She was really angry. Then he tells her the battery is there in the store in receiving. The store clerk went to customer service and asked them to go get the part. Thankfully a Walmart employee went to get the part for us. The battery was put in, but the service from that owner and this company is not good. If you do shop here and your parts need to be ordered Do Not Pre Pay. read more

These guys just doN't get it! CLUELESS!! AVOID - Ambiance is inside an outdated enclosed Cumberland Mall. This Cellairis is a kiosk located on the main floor in front of Macy's. They wear masks but haphazardly...the younger man kept touching his mask constantly. Then touching customers' phones. Yikes! + Cellairis is an Atlanta based franchise that sells cell accessories and repairs cell phone screens. I have a screen and case warranty with Cellairis and last weekend, I needed to replace my phone tempered glass and case. - - Service varies drastically among different locations. Their Cumberland Mall location was the worst I've experienced. It is closest to me so I called ahead to make sure that they had the right tempered glass and phone case on hand. I visited them within 30 minutes of the call and waited a few minutes as they finished with another customer. They promptly changed my tempered glass after they took my warranty info. However, when they looked in their display case, they were out of iPhone## case! Only specific cases are allowed on their warranty program. Then he told me I'll have to come back a few days later...I was dumbfounded! This was the same dude I spoke with on the phone only 1/2 hour ago! Then, he told me that he wasn't even at the kiosk when he took the call...yup that made perfect sense and made me feel a whole lot better standing there :-/. It would've been fine if he told me on the phone that they didn't have it in stock. I would've called another Cellairis. No one can magically make the inventory appear...right? But why, why do you tell the customer that they have it and to have the customer come in?? He didn't even seem to get that he's inconvenienced a customer for multiple trips, wasted time, scarred a poor impression and add'l C19 risks when it could've easily been avoided! After many years of good experiences at this location I was disappointed in the result of my last visit. I went in to see if the tech could clean the port on my iPhone because I was having issues having the charging cable connect. He quickly stated that it was not able to be easily fixed by cleaning the charging port and said a replacement port would cost $450. I left the store and took the phone to another repair shop and it was identified immediately that the port just had dust in it. the tech fixed the phone in less than a minute for no charge. read more

I bought a new phone case and screen protector at this location for my phone and my daughters phone in August; we were told that if the screen cracked that it would be covered. I dropped my phone today and immediately took it to this location and I was told it was not covered. What happened to honest people. I will never do business with this company again. read more

I was just looking for a screen protector and showed my phone, he just took it and didn't even tell me what screen protector he is going to install . Awful service. I don't even know where to start. I came here for a quick and easy fix for my cracked iPhone. First off I spent 4 hours walking around cumberland while Shane couldn't figure out how to change my phone screen. Instead he kept on updating my phone like that had anything to do with my screen. He had no idea what he was doing, though he claims to have done this a million times. I had to help him figure out that you must transfer all pieces of the screen in order for the iPhone brightness to be clear and bright. Paid $250 for a new screen for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, not only did the screen start malfunctioning the same night I went home but I went back 3 days later to get a different "Apple certified" screen which also did the exact same thing. Don't waste your time or money here. Everything that comes out of this guys mouth is a lie. My phone now has a mind of its own and touches/types things when the phone is left alone. read more

The absolute worst place ever. The technicians don't know what they're doing. I cracked my iPhone screen, but everything else was working totally fine on my phone. They fixed the screen, and suddenly the front facing camera and screen sensor don't work. I brought it back to have them fix it-- which they couldn't, but this time they also screwed up my earpiece so I cannot make or receive phone calls. I brought it back again to be fixed, and now the rear facing camera doesn't work, the phone won't charge, and it overheats every time I put it on the charger. I now have to buy a whole new $800 iPhone because they refused to take responsibility for what they did. This place is a TOTAL SCAM... don't go. read more

Took my iPhone 6 for a cracked screen repair, and when I got my phone back the quality and the vividness of colors was significantly different. They charged me $100 for replacing my screen with crap! Consider that I love taking lots of pictures with my phone and this is a big deal that I can't see the actual real colors of these pictures This isn't acceptable in any way. If they wanted to use something super cheap that was going to make a huge difference in the quality they should've acknowledged me. This is ripping people off! Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for a repaid cause you never know what to expect! The repair tech doesn't know what he's doing. They used cheap knock off parts and he damaged my iPhone 6, which he then tried to blame on me and my phone, and not his shoddy repair work. I then took the phone to another repair shop around the corner who not only fixed it, but also fixed the damage the tech did to my phone. He tried to refuse a refund still defending that it was me and not him that my LCD was messed up because of his botched install. I manged to get a full refund after standing my ground. I would not recommend this repair location to anyone looking to get anything fixed. The tech has no idea what he's doing and doesn't take responsibility for his work. read more
