    This honestly was the worst customer service experience I've had in over 25 years…read more I came and had a screen protector installed on my phone. I asked the associate that I'll go ahead and buy an accessory just to have them put the screen protector on that I bought somewhere else to not waste his time. He Damaged the screen protector while putting it on. I wasn't upset I realized he was just trying to help me so I told him I'll go ahead and Buy two accessories but hopefully he could give me some type of a discount Another associate came out Who was pretending to be the manager rudely told me with an attitude that they were doing a courtesy for us to install the protector, I then replied it's not a courtesy when I told your Sales Rep that I was going to buy accessories for installing the screen protector for me so she told me she could only give me a discount if I bought three accessories, at that point I realize they were just trying to get money off of me. The real Manager stepped in, was even more rude and extremely aggressive .......How do I know this is the pretend manager because I am the brand Manager At the retail location next to theirs . I am witness EVERYDAY that the store manager spends more time outside of the store on her phone than she does inside of the store and now I am also witness that when there is any kind of customer escalation, she will have one of her reps pretend to be the manager. I am sure this is the reason this location changes managers every six months. I would appreciate the district manager give me a call (786) 449-8380 The real district manager, not a pretend one so he can understand that if their neighbors are being treated like this, I feel sorry for people that walk in there for the first time. I'm only expecting a call as a courtesy, of course. Oh The original associate that was trying to help me, was excellent by the way.

    I contacted Dan, the technician, to troubleshoot my printer. He came to my residence, diagnosed…read morethe problem, and informed me that the roller that grabs the paper needed to be replaced. I paid the service charge of $85.00. When he returned with the part, I was charged another $85.00 for a service charge plus the cost of the part. I explained I understood the service charge to be a one-time charge not a charge for him to come out and another service upon returning to install the part. Everyone else I contacted informed me there would be a one-time service charge to include coming out to diagnose the problem and if they had to return because a part was needed. We negotiated the amount and I paid $125.00. The following day, I tried the printer only to discover the roller he installed was still not grabbing the paper. I called Dan and he told me he would come out the next day. The next day came, and Dan did not show or call. I called him again; he apologized and informed me he would come out after 5pm. Again, another no show. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and honesty, not to mention the out-of-pocket expense of $210.00 for a printer that is not working. I would caution anyone who is considering utilizing the services of FixitNow to think twice and make sure you get the particulars in writing. Also, do not use Zelle and I did, as there is no recourse. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I really appreciated the communication and price transparency. He came in a large Mercedes van with all of the necessary equipment. He was super nice and friendly, gave me a fair price and completely fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. I also asked him if he could add a screen protector that I had purchased on Amazon and he did it at no charge and was very friendly about it. I would absolutely use the service again and I highly recommend it.
