The first interaction with the customer service representative (Shannon) was not welcoming or…read morefriendly in fact quite flippant. She requested that we fill out an in processing form. When a question was raised calmly and politely she attempted to explain but her second attempt with providing a pleasant customer service experience was minced with flippancy and unprofessionalism. While filling out the paper with specific instructions provided by Shannon she became flippant a third time and asked why the form was being filled out incorrectly. I turned the paperwork around and explained I was filling it out according her specified directions. She then asked "why are you being so hostile." I then took the paper and politely indicated there was no longer a need to fix my phone. At this point she stated she did not want to fix the phone. Refusal of service led me to take my business to their in mall competition not far from them for the same price but with exceptional customer service.
