Well first I'll start by saying I brought in my xbox one that wouldn't read disk. The man was really nice and respectful despite the bad reviews I red about. He did spend a little longer on my game system but he also explained to me that someone had just came in with alot of stuff for him to look at. So I took that into consideration and estimated it would take him until wensday to finish. Aka today is wensday and it works grate. On top of that I only paid the $40 up front and he told me not to worry about the rest. That was so kind of him because he didn't have to do that he could've charged me more for holding onto it but he didn't. So because of that yeah that's grate service. I took my iPad to them Wednesday and paid $186.30 to get my screen replaced. I go pick it up today and it has air bubbles under the screen! This man claims that my battery expanded and it's pressing against the screen & I'll need to pay $85 more for a new battery. Why not call me and tell me that instead of letting me come pick this crap up!? On top of that my battery surely wasn't "expanded" when I dropped it off!! Then I get to the car and realize the button doesn't even work! So I go back in and ask him why the button doesn't work and why would you not fix it instead of giving it back to me like this. He tried to blame me and say I gave it to him dead and he had no way of knowing the button didn't work. How did I give it to you dead when you pressed the home button when I dropped it off and saw that it was cracked through the LCD or whatever the thing is called and you told me you had to replace that also. I took my hp Chromebook computer to this business to get my screen repaired on top of being told that I would receive my computer back after a couple days the owner "fixed my screen" and did not tell me that my item was ready & "repaired" I had to call him back myself & then I was told my computer was ready, well after receiving my computer of course it was dead and I had a couple more errands to run so I did not get home to charge it for a little while later. When I finally did get it charged I turn my computer on only to see that my computer screen is completely upside down AND my keyboard on my laptop is not working. I take it back to him and he tells me he doesn't know the issue. So I take my chances with Geek Squad and they run me a diagnostic which basically told me that while the owner of cell repair was "repairing" my screen he damaged something which is causing my keyboard and computer screen not to be on the same track so now when I flip my laptop into tablet mode my keyboard works but when in computer mode it does not. Now with having that information I took the computer back to cell repair and told him again what was told to me he then tells me that he cannot fix my screen and even if he tried to he could not guarantee that my computer would be fixed correctly. Yet I still paid full price for a service that did indeed "fix my screen" but now I basically have a glorified tablet. read more
