After doing some online research, I decided that it would be wise to consult a professional rather than risk electrocution by tinkering with it myself. I was unsure if I would even be able to find a place in Birmingham that could service a nearly 50 year-old amp, but ERC told me that they could fix me up. They installed and biased my new tubes and replaced a few inner parts, and it sounded like a brand new amp. However, the next day, I noticed that the audio was weak again. I contacted the shop and was assured that they would fix it for me. They were very apologetic and fixed it without any extra charges. The amp has sounded great ever since. I definitely know where to go the next time I need any help.

Was supposed to be rebuilt with new parts as receipt states. They wanted me to pay shipping again so they could supposedly fix what they were supposed to do the first time,I said so I habe to spend more money on shipping it back to you and back to me because you di do anything right??? They said yeah, said no, I'll take you to court. He cussed me upside down on his supposed recorded phone line. I'm sure he erased that.
