I called LG 5-6 times to figure out the issue until they finally scheduled a repair with Robinson's TV. Within maybe 2 hours of getting the repair scheduled I get a call from Robinson's TV and have the part being ordered and shipped within 3-5 days. The part arrives and he drives from Pell City to Tuscaloosa the day the part arrives and within 30 min the tv is working perfectly. As annoying as this process was talking with LG and finally setting up a repair, Robinson's TV made everything so much easier. As he was replacing the parts he explained everything to me and now I feel confident enough to replace a wifi receiver or a motherboard for a TV. I really recommend using Robinson's TV Service if you every have issues, best decision I ever made.

I was unsure if I would even be able to find a place in Birmingham that could service a nearly 50 year-old amp, but ERC told me that they could fix me up. They installed and biased my new tubes and replaced a few inner parts, and it sounded like a brand new amp. However, the next day, I noticed that the audio was weak again.
