The repair was excellent. The ecosystem they sent home in our van was horrible... especially when…read morethey told us they "found" rats all over our van and a snake chasing them. Then, one guy had the gull to suggest they "thought maybe they were our pets". That was degrading! Plus, if we were keeping animals in our engine and van compartments (just gross) that would be considered animal abuse! We had to pay extra for our computer wires getting chewed up while it was there, too! When we got in the van, the dash, seats and carpets were covered in rat poop and the battery was dead! When we got home, we opened the doors and a rat literally ran from the engine, through the door jamb, and almost up my husbands leg before he beat it back! We NEVER had ANY of these issues before! We put rat repellant oil in the engine area, moth balls throughout and kept the hood up during daylight to drive out the new ecosysten! Going to church, I smelled like mothballs, I'm sure!!! it was horrible and embarrassing! However, we are finally back to being the lone occupants of our van. So, I just called and talked to Shane to suggest that they treat the back fence line, where they had our van parked, treated for rats, to keep this from happening to any of their other customers. Instead of apologizing and accepting my suggestion, he wanted to argue. So, I also pointed out that they should also refrain from saying things to customers like they thought they kept rats and snakes in their vehicles! He said he didn't know anyone said that, but he was right there as they were all telling us about it and he was working up the additions to our bill. Like I said, they do great work. Unfortunately, it looks like we will be looking elsewhere for a garage that won't send rats home in our vehicle, nor cause additional damages from their infestations that we have to pay for.

Needed…read morethe 13 year old tires replaced (still "looked" good, but...), the front hubs serviced, and brake calipers / pads checked all-around. Got a very good price on the tires and the service. Had to delay the appointment, due to back-up brake-boost system going haywire - troubleshot that for nearly a month before I could repair it (self), but the delay was no problem for Wilks - "just let us know when, and we'll make sure tires are on-hand." Great staff at the service desk (and presumably in the shop too)! Very personable, and no "up-selling" going on. We'll be using their shops for all our vehicles from now on.
