Additionally, your claim that there were "four attempts" with an "incorrect PIN" is inaccurate…read more Standard payment systems generally restrict PIN entry after three incorrect attempts, and as a business owner you should be knowledgeable of this information, at which point further attempts are typically blocked. If your system required the card to be inserted or another form of payment was necessary, that should have been clearly communicated instead of placing the blame on the customer. I have never met a business owner who tried so hard to prevent a transaction. Your exact words were, "I knew you would return it." I wonder why you knew that--was it because of the poor service? Deep down, you, your employees, and your camera system know the truth.

I had the…read moreidea I wanted to get them to make me an original ring for my wife similar to the style of one of their pieces. I commissioned them to make a zodiac ring for my wife. She is a cancer, the crab. I described what I was thinking, got a reasonable price and put 1/2 down. About a month later I got a call and the silver ring was ready. When we got there they wrapped it up in a pretty ring box and a cute little gift bag. It was a nice touch. It is hard to make a crab cute, but I think they did a good job of it. I talked to their cad designer and she told me my idea helped inspire her to make a whole line of zodiac jewelry. Which made me feel happy to help. We will be back to get a set of ear rings made to match the ring. They did a good job for us, they were nice, and we will be back. Give them a chance, it is a neat store, you will be glad you did.
