Price is okay service not explained completely I order a new battery for an iPhone was not told it was not completely compatible with Apple

The first interaction with the customer service representative (Shannon) was not welcoming or friendly in fact quite flippant. She requested that we fill out an in processing form. When a question was raised calmly and politely she attempted to explain but her second attempt with providing a pleasant customer service experience was minced with flippancy and unprofessionalism. While filling out the paper with specific instructions provided by Shannon she became flippant a third time and asked why the form was being filled out incorrectly. I turned the paperwork around and explained I was filling it out according her specified directions. She then asked "why are you being so hostile." I then took the paper and politely indicated there was no longer a need to fix my phone. At this point she stated she did not want to fix the phone. Refusal of service led me to take my business to their in mall competition not far from them for the same price but with exceptional customer service. Shannon the manage needs and attitude change. Phone worked great before having the screen fixed and now speaker or charge will not work on IPhone 8. Read previous reviews and thought great, Shean was great who worked on, maybe alittle overwhelmed because he was left with no keys to the cases (manager took them home) and 3 repairs waiting with people surrounding him. read more

Service was awful. During a simple screen repair they damaged the battery, during the battery repair they lost the sim card and at some point during all that, they damaged the frame. They fixed the battery and sim card at their expense but to avoid further cost they said the frame was damaged when dropped off. However, they also said the damage was not discovered until they tried to put it back together. If I could do zero stars...I would. read more
