Nice spot. Open parking. Went in with party of 6 for weekend lunch and they had the buffet that was pretty good. Lasagne, ravioli, chicken Marsala, meatballs/spaghetti and another chicken dish with garlic knots and they bring you individual slice of hot pepperoni pizza and side salad plus a dessert Was hot and fresh. All enjoyed. Adem was our waiter and he was great They also have nice separate wine dinning area that could host private events Will be back.

Absolutely loved the food at Celeno's! Kind service, delicious food.. what more could you ask for? The restaurant was not that busy when I went, so the atmosphere was relaxing. I absolutely loved the calamari and chicken Alfredo. The calamari was perfectly fried and breaded! Will be returning!

I finally got to try this place out for the first time today thanks to Goldie since we had a meeting up together with Ron. The parking lot to the area is not big, but finding a parking spot is not hard eother. Once inside, you can see that the place is small, nice and cozy, with such friendly, kindhearted, and amazing staff. You are greeted and seated right away. The waiters are very attentive to your needs and always asks if you need a refill on your drink, if they could get you anything, etc.. I love that. There was also a musician there playing the guitar. I got the all you can eat buffet. It comes with a salad, your choice of a slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza, and whatever is at the buffet station. I got the pepperoni and it was fresh, hot, and yummy. I ended up getting another slice because why not. At the buffet station I tried their meatballs, Italian sausage with some pasta, lasagna, and garlic knots. My favorite from the buffet was their Italian sausage and meatballs. They were really good in my opinion. And for dessert, their zeppoli's were so good!! Overall, this is a great place to go to for some all you can eat Italian food. Great atmosphere, lovely vibes, and delicious food with amazing service. Highly recommend.

Cute little Italian buffet spot! The food is good for what you pay for and our server, Adem, was very kind and provided great service! They also have pizza, salad, and dessert apart from the buffet. Good for lunch or dinner. Also check out their wine room in the back - it's cool!

What a great and delicious lunch buffet. Food is fresh and tasty. Service is excellent by the friendly staff. The dining area is cozy and spacious. One of the most affordable and best Italian buffets I've ever dined at!

Had to finally leave a review since this pizza is so good!!! We have ordered the large cheese pizza through door dash numerous times now and it always arrives fresh and tastes delicious! We love it a-lot! Definitely recommend to give it a try it's so worth it!!! We have also dined in as well and it's a very wonderful environment with great welcoming staff everyone so friendly and the music relaxing it's one of our favorite spots to go when we aren't feeling lazy to leave the house but lately we've been door dashing a lot just overall are very satisfied with this hidden gem!

We were greeted at the door and promptly seated and given menus and also told about the buffet. The interior is very clean and not cluttered or over crowded. We decided to go with the buffet and everything looked fresh and was hot. The waiter checked back frequently to see if we needed anything. He even brought us each a piece of fresh, hot pizza. I am not a fan of buffets, but this is definitely a place I'd return to. Even after I'd ordered tiramisu to go (which was delicious) l, the waiter brought us a plate full of fresh, melt in your mouth zeppoles in a strawberry sauce. This placed checked all of the boxes and was also very affordable.

Our servers at Celeno's. Very courteous and took great care of us!

It was a most enjoyable evening from start to finish at Celeno's Bistro! This evening was my first visit here, along with two wonderful Elite friends, Goldie and Loan. We team up once a month to visit a local restaurant as each of us rotate who picks one each month. This time, it was Italian cuisine! I had no issues with that as I have a little bit of Italy in me! This restaurant is very easy to spot on the road, is attractive in appearance, especially when lit up at night. The interior is pretty large and well-spaced and had one room I didn't get to see. All three of us ordered the buffet, which earned us a one well-sized slice of pizza to start and a salad with dressings of our choice. The pizza is pretty basic, but still quite good. The food bar had six varying choices of Italian cuisine, including pasta. I enjoyed the sausage most but had no issues with the tortellini and lasagna. All three of us were happy with the food during the visit. Our servers were excellent in courtesy and seeing to our needs as well as the other customers here. In all, it was a great night to catch up and chat with two terrific friends and do this at a place that was well-suited for this occasion! Highly recommend people give Celeno's a visit! My all time favorite restaurant in jacksonville. Great taste, awesome service, with incredible price.

I have heard good things about this restaurant. So, I took my step Father here for Father's Day. This is located in the former Blue Bamboo location on Southside Blvd. Adam was our Waiter. He was very attentive to us. The buffet was very good. Then a salad came to our table followed by two slices of pepperoni pizza and then dessert-zapolis. The dessert was fresh, hit and delicious. I look forward to my next trip there. The price for the buffet was good($12.99). You can't beat that! Pros:food, service and price. Cons: an upcharge for using my card and was not told about it. I could have paid cash. Food on the buffet needs to be a little warmer.

We were traveling through Jacksonville, and randomly found this little spot for a late lunch/early dinner for a party of 7. We missed the buffet because we were right between lunch & dinner, but we had zero regrets. Our server, one of the brothers who owns the restaurant, was so kind and accommodating. He went above & beyond to make sure we had a fabulous experience and delicious meal. Everything is homemade, and uses family recipes, and it shows. Between all of us we had garlic bread, garlic knots (omg delicious!), calamari (the best hand-breading ever), chicken Alfredo, caribbean chicken calzone, Italian sausage, spaghetti & meatballs, and baked tortellini. Holy cow. Not a single dish disappointed. We finished it off with some of the freshest cannoli we've ever had. I'm actually kind of sad we live 12 hours away from this gem. 100% recommend.

I heard about this place opening and I've been excited that we are getting an Italian place in the area. I stopped by for their opening week. The place is very clean and the staff are excellent. I was impressed by the number of dishes they have on the buffet. There were eight different dishes the day I went. Everything was good. I really enjoyed the tortellini. It tasted like it had a garlic cream sauce. The only drawback was that the chicken in the Chicken Alfredo was a bit dry. Pros: * Excellent service * Salad and pizza were brought to the table * Great selection of items to choose from and they were all fresh * Price - cheaper than other buffets in the area I give the place 4.5 stars. I will be back. It's great to have an Italian place in the neighborhood.

Well, I have to say that this restaurant can compete with the best in NYC, New Haven, and Providence or Boston! First and foremost, the service was top notch. The attentiveness and efficiency of our waiter was the best, but to top it off, 2 of the owners each came to the table to check on things. This is something that stands out today. I love it. The atmosphere was comfortable yet refined and the place is very clean. The dim lighting is a point that my wife appreciates in a restaurant setting, but our seats were probably the least lit, (our backs to the front window) and our old eyes needed our phone lights to read the menu, haha. The Arancini was perfect and we loved the marinara. My veal dish was magnificent with it's perfectly cooked, large and very tender cutlet. My wife fully enjoyed the Pappardelle con Vongole nero and I thought it was phenomenal. We can't wait to visit the best Italian restaurant in JAX again, when we return in October.

I had heard about the Pear Fiocchi and decided to give it a try. OH MY WORD! The balance of sweet, savory and salty is just perfect! Wasn't sure if I'd like the mix of Gorgonzola and goat cheese but it really is one of the most delicious Alfredo type sauces I've had. And I really loved that it was not over sauced. The crispy bits of Prosciutto di Parma were the best topping! My hubby and I sat at the bar. He had the clams and being a bit of a clam snob, he really enjoyed his dish! This is a busy little place but worth the wait. It's not crazy loud even though it's a small, intimate, busy restaurant. Mark and Ryan were so attentive and friendly. If you haven't been, you really should go. Sit at the bar! Make new friends!

Having said that what an awesome way to end my birthday with this amazing dinner that I had at this place. One of the best Italian restaurants in Jacksonville I must say. As soon as me and my wife walked in to the restaurant we were greeted and sat right away. The ambiance of this restaurant is truly amazing and very Italian vibe. We were greeted by our server MORGAN who was fantastic from beginning to the end. She suggested some incredible stuff that as a vegetarian I tried and was just amazing. For drinks we had mojito and pinacolada which was nice and refreshing. For appetiser we were recommended with Pomodoro Caprese which was amazing especially their Pesto sauce. For my entree she suggested me Luingini Josephine which was unique and nice pasta. Morgan surprised me with a dessert which was very kind of her. Overall this family owned small business is an amazing must try Italian restaurant. I can't wait to back and try more stuff. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Initially, we were going to Coopers Hawk, but forgot we had to make a reservation a year prior. We were told a 2 hour wait! That is wild given how big the place is. But again it is a Saturday night, and people were smarter than us and made reservations, and thus we left. After giving the news to ogre she full on had a rage attack in the parking lot screaming for those classic Coopers Hawk egg rolls. While we were consoling her I heard a soothing sound coming from behind the restaurant and we landed in front of Enzo's. We were greeted by the kindest owner ever who thankfully along with the help of her staff got us in with no wait, given how packed it was.. We were greeted by a very nice waiter who seemed all over the place though. I think he was definitely new, and was forgetful at times.. Anyways! We got three apps which were all fried stuff. Fried ravioli, Fried mozzarella sticks, Fried calamari. Honestly looking back kind of gross.. but they were solid tasting! Nothing out of the park at all on the apps just your standard.. a little tasteless on the calamari, but then again I had like 3-4 pieces because the ogre consumed them.. but then I got clarification from my good buddy bezos that it was kind of tasteless. The most tastiest was the fried mozzarella! Which shouldn't happen. Onto the entrees! Actually wait side reference note I initially ordered mussels with linguini. It was the worst dish of seafood and pasta I have ever had. I literally NEVER send stuff back, like literally never.. it feels inconsiderate and I feel like a bother even if it is just a little edible I would eat it with no complaints but I literally could not. It was so fishy I am now writing this nauseous. Some of the mussels were also closed, cold or broken.. it was just very very poor and I'm mad I had three mussels. The first one was crazy fishy, but I gave it another shot and then another, because I believe in second and third chances. But no, I was grossed out. Not to mention consuming all the fried prior. I also ordered a soup that was forgotten, and didn't get my cocktail sauce, but not really an issue if the dish was made to torture people with. Eventually I did get my soup and it wasn't bad! But now onto the entrees! Bezos: Chicken francese Tragic: veal parm Ogre: Chicken parm Doctor B Wife: Chicken Caprese Me: after the swap I got Veal Parm (thanks tragic) Oh and we had some garlic bread, but it needed some sauce or added flavor with it idk.. Reviews! Ogre: The chicken was good Wife: Mid Bezos: *yawn* ummmm Tragic: Italian stallion Me: the veal was solid, but that dish was so bad before that I lost all my appetite and I am just bleh.. and our waiter seemed a little lost.. again nice guy but come on. All in all we are grateful we were taken in by Enzo's and that owner seemed like she was a hardworking person that definitely can inspire her staff. I loved the piano playing, and the environment was really pleasant. Although me personally I disagree with the food, that dish was the worst ever, and our waiter again although nice was extremely forgetful. I feel sick to my stomach and I probably am going to vomit. But thank you again you gave us a good night and a place to eat..

I had the very simple rigatoni bolognese. Pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente and the sauce was really good. It was a little on the sweet side for me, but tasted pretty fresh! They also brought us out an "on the house" mushroom appetizer that was delicious. If you like mushrooms, get it! I also sampled the lobster ravioli (on special) and enjoyed it. I am not a huge lobster anything fan, but even I thought it was pretty good! I also had a glass of the house red wine blend they have and that was one of the best house wines I've had in a long time! Super smooth. Teeniest bit sweet. No aftertaste at all. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable and just generally great. I had only sat in the bar area previously and thought it could get a little loud but I felt less so about the restaurant itself. The tables are nicely spaced from each other so you have your privacy. My only complaint (and not really a complaint a just a warning so no one is surprised if it comes up... ) is that they charge a $30 cake fee if you bring your own cake. It's just a little bit of a bummer, but I totally understand why. They were super polite about it when I called. Anyhow... food and service was great. Would go again!

One person ordered gluten free pasta but was the one who insisted on pasta. One had the lasagna pinwheels with fennel sausage. I was jealous! It looks & smelled fantastic & she said it was! One had children's spaghetti with chicken because she gets skeezed out with veal in the meatballs. But her dish was excellent. The sourdough focaccia bread was excellent & fresh! I love a traditional Chicken Piccata & knew that's what I wanted on the way in! But wait... even though it's on the Chefs specials card - it's not chicken piccata at all. It's a breaded fried hammered out cutlet a think chicken parm. But mine was a tad overcooked. And they've created a stone ground Dijon & artichoke spread to put over the top with arugula & fresh graded parm. It was okay... but man.. just make a damn good true to form traditional piccata please. Name this chef special something else. Piccata it's not. House Cab was good! Joe, our server was exceptionally skilled, on point & a super guy! One in our party ordered something she didn't like. He immediately swooped in. Asked what she would like to replace it & was above & beyond to replace it - was a lil overcooked generous on removing her charge. But he's that kinda guy. Solid dude. Loved the spot. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. I realize you're trying to stand out from a busy & competitive area & same ol same ol. Very reasonably priced & value. Also thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside & having our puppy with us. I ventured inside & they have a large bar that looked awesome with a generous number of seats. The bartenders were talented with the shakers, upbeat & professional without killing the ambiance of the room. Bathrooms were not labeled men/women & had 4-5 with a family one. Loved the old original doors, wood work & history of the building. Enjoyed our groups visit!

My espresso martini was not good, and the service overall wasn't great. The biggest issue, though, was the seating. We were the first ones sat in the room and were placed directly under an AC vent set to 60 degrees -- with two babies. We politely asked to be moved, but our request was ignored. We were all freezing the entire time, and it honestly took away from what could have been a much better first experience.

The butter was placed on top of the bread, which helped it soak into the bread a bit before it was even brought to the table. We ordered the mozzarella appetizer, which came with a standard marinara sauce and, we think, a ranch inspired creamy sauce. It tasted like a lemon aioli sauce with hints of ranch. Note of advice: try this sauce conservatively because the flavor is strong! The mozzarella itself was amazing. Crunchy outside, warm cheese inside. The cheese was very soft and not overly chewy. The rigatoni alla vodka was in an amazing smooth, creamy vodka sauce finished with Parmesan on top. Since moving from New York, I don't think I've had vodka sauce this good anywhere else! The inside was lightly lit, similar to other nicer Italian restaurants. While it wasn't overly fancy, it was fancier than a casual Italian restaurant

Some of the portion sizes went back- different plates/old ones. Sadly, the tail on shrimp in pasta stayed- pretty annoying to try to eat. Alfredo with shrimp (ewww shells on) Alfredo plain Alfredo with chicken Chicken francoise- good and thin, my sister liked. Served with asparagus. Spicy shrimp pasta (ewww shells on)- still less shrimp Small Maggianos salad with shrimp- lots of shrimp, but shells on. Salad no longer chopped smaller, but lots of shrimp- cool. Rigatoni D- always a fave and while still good, chicken was different. Not the larger tender chunks as before. Bread also updated- hot with butter. Super good, but love the oil as well.
