However, on Saturday night, before a black-tie event, I noticed my lashes were matted and kinked when I tried to apply mascara. Even now, as I write this review, they remain matted and kinked. I paid $120 for a lift and tint, yet I have matted, kinky lashes. I will never spend another dollar at Amazing Lash Studio.

They were always helpful there and always had the products I needed if not, they would definitely order them. That's not the case with Rockwall RDA @Rockwall RDA never has anything in stock. I go missing half of my cart because they didn't have it there and they don't order anything. So if you go to Rockwall RDA expected to be treated like trash expect to deal with incompetent managers and workers. Definitely read your receipt on the exchanges because if the box is opened or if it is unsealed they do not take it back, even if you bought it that day. They also do not take back stuff. They have on sale even though it's expired. I bought a bucket of bleach because I was in desperate need and it was definitely out of date. It expired. It turned my clients hair orange after two hours of bleaching. My client is a natural level seven. Today I called the store in Rockwall to see if they had ordered the kit that I've been asking for for over a month. I've called the store numerous times and they do not answer and when someone does answer, they have no clue what they are doing. I told the lady on the phone that I never had these problems with Garland RDA, so she told me to continue to shop there. An actual employee of a company told me to go shop somewhere else. Never in my life have I been told to go shop somewhere else if I'm not happy. We hairdressers have limited suppliers and have to deal with them because it's the only way to get our supplies When they are as incompetent and lazy as Rockwall, you're going to get the service she paid for. I have no idea who the owner is now, but they should be ashamed of themselves not taking any returns on a Saturday because there's no manager there. It took me over two weeks to get it exchanged if you want bad service and mean people go to Rockwall RDA. If you want excellent customer service and all the supplies you need go to Garland RDA.
