At no time, did this Dr. utter the words, "This is not something I can personally treat." or "Unfortunately this is beyond my capabilities." etc., (even though nothing has changed, that is exactly what's being claimed as of today when a follow-up to that initial consult was being scheduled). During that initial consult, Dr. Tran DID say, "I would like you to go see this specialist for a second opinion, just to be sure, since this is pretty rare; and then come back and see me for a follow-up." _ This literally implies we would be coming back to TRAN for the TREATMENT of the condition, once his "opinion" was verified by the "specialist"... there is NO OTHER WAY that could be interpreted, period. As was explained to Tran at the time, and again to various staff while trying to schedule the follow-up: "Yours was not the 1st opinion, it's not even the 2nd or 3rd -- You're the 4th or 5th Doctor in nearly 2 years (from the various NICU Doctors, Pedia., to Tran, all of whom have said the exact same thing [but she's now old enough that we feel comfortable beginning treatment]. _ Tran, at the time said, "The second opinion is not required, it would just be a good idea; but you can certainly do what you want." (as if we needed his frikkin' permission -- and keep in mind, this is after explaining the multitude of "opinions" already attained by NICU Doctors who are way more educated, specialized and experienced in pediatric matters than any Dermatologist!). Anyway, during the course of attempting to schedule the follow-up, I inquired as to whether or not our daughter would even need to be present, as we would just be discussing treatment options during said appointment, which she doesn't really need to be present for anyway; and explained that due to Covid-lockdowns, Masking, and her negative association with trips to Dr offices (for Pediatric vaccinations, etc.) she now freaks out and is inconsolable for as long as any Nurse or Doctor is in a confined/small room with her, especially if masked (which is what happened during the consult; and because of that, we weren't able to sit and discuss really anything because everyone, ourselves included, just wanted to get her out ASAP... Well, they must have remembered her and just decided it's not worth the hassle to treat her, so they're now claiming Tran isn't qualified to treat her. LMAO. Okay, so, if you're being honest THIS TIME, it means you've been committing fraud up to now, in addition to wasting our time and money; and you owe us (and the insurance company) a full refund, since your office knew we were coming in for a hemangioma condition which she was born with [the rarer congenital variety]... Again, IF this is something he cannot personally treat, then that is something that would've been stated for legal (and ethical) purposes PRIOR TO, OR DURING the consult; and a future appointment would not have been suggested for the matter, PERIOD. Regardless of the reasoning, we would not go back to them even if they offered to treat her for free. What has happened to the medical community over the last couple years should chill everyone to the frikkin' bone, because these are supposed to be medical professionals, educated persons who do what is ethically/morally right and who always have the health and well-being of their patient foremost in their minds -- yet, that is pretty much the opposite of what's been happening -- they've replaced practical medicine with feel-good placebos [example: cloth or surgical masks being required in all Doctor offices, despite knowing those masks DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BENEFICIAL IN REGARDS TO AIRBORNE VIRUSES [W.H.O., C.D.C., and EVERY PRIVATELY OR PUBLICLY GENERATED STUDY THAT HAS BEEN DONE ON THIS MATTER, SINCE THEIR INCEPTION!], they may help you think you're safe (if you're wildly uninformed), but they are actually putting you at greater risk than not wearing one at all... Suffice to say, when you catch them flat out lying to your face, it's truly infuriating. {P.S. We were referred to this Doctor by our Pediatrician, who like Tran, correctly identified the condition right off the bat -- we did not just pick his name out of a hat -- so even the referring Doctor thought Tran was capable of treating this condition... but, whatever. Today was my second trip to Dr Posten, the first was in 2009- which is the exact reason he was the first call I made when I had yet another basal cell carcinoma, on my face! The one in 2009 is almost undetectable in the middle of my cheek - this one Is was the size of of a small melon ball scoop on my forehead i have no doubt this one will be just as scarless ... way to go Doc... keep up the good work!

I had been researching surgeons and booked consults with three different doctors. Two were referrals and Dr. Schwartz I found on my own. Consultation day was wonderful. Everyone at RS Plastics did an excellent job in making me feel comfortable and confident about booking with Dr. Schwartz. I originally went in requesting a tummy tuck and breast lift/reduction. After about 30 minutes of conversation, Dr. Schwartz had me convinced I could reduce my breast size without a lift to achieve my desired results. I wasn't at all concerned about the scarring, but thought if I could reduce my size to a C with a less invasive surgery that was the way to go. Surgery day came and went and I waited a full 8 months hoping my results would somehow change as I continued to heal. They did not. I am still in the same bra size with more sag than before. My right breast now comes to a rounded point and is noticeably lower than the left. The scarring around my belly button and mid tuck has left me feeling more insecure than ever. I voiced my concerns to Dr. Schwartz and was told if I were to do a lift and reduction in size my breasts would be concave. He also told me since I wanted to avoid scarring I couldn't go any smaller. As I mentioned earlier, I originally went in wanting a lift and had no concerns about scarring. As far as my belly button, he said he had no control over how I healed. His solution was to schedule another procedure for a breast lift, he'd wave the surgeon fee and attempt to comp the implant. Another surgery would cost thousands and I had already invested thousands trusting in the outcome. I left the office feeling angry and disappointed. I have decided not to return to Dr. Schwartz for another procedure. I have consulted with another surgeon who assured me my breasts in no way would be concave. Unfortunately, I'm left with the bellybutton and uneven scarring from my tummy tuck. They will fade over time and I can hopefully reduce the raised scarring. After having three children and saving up for a procedure that was supposed to give me my confidence back, saying I'm disappointed would be a HUGE understatement. I contemplated what to write so many times. I hope this review helps guide other women in their search to find the right surgeon. All I can do is be honest about my experience and allow others to do with it what they will. I will attach photos of my tummy tuck results.

However, within a week, I developed large, red, and warm welts, 2-3 inches wide. When I contacted the office, they told me they didn't know what it was--maybe a reaction to my skin stretching or breakouts. As the condition worsened, they continued to express uncertainty and advised me to see my regular doctor. At the time, I was young and unaware of what a staph infection was. Unfortunately, that's what I had, and it became a 10-year battle. The infection spread to my neck, face, back, arms, and legs. I never mentioned this in reviews, as I was focused on dealing with the issue and didn't want to add more negativity. Looking back, I regret not warning others. Staph infections are isolating--I often couldn't leave the house. Because the infection was not treated promptly, it became extremely difficult to manage. I was put on multiple antibiotics over the years and had to use special washes and make countless doctor visits. Just when it seemed under control, it would flare up again, often appearing on my breasts. Mistakes happen, but as a surgeon, recognizing infection is critical. The large welts I had post-surgery should have been treated as a possible infection, and I should have been given antibiotics right away. Now, I'm left with deep scars that I am only now beginning to address. At one point, I had finger-sized holes on my body. It was both disgusting and humiliating. As I search for a new surgeon, I realize how important it is to share experiences like this. Dr. Stagnone's work was aesthetically beautiful, but the infection cost me years of my life and much of my confidence.

Everything went well so I was released to go home that day, and I didn't take a single Tylenol after I came home other than the prescribed pain meds the nurses gave me during my one-night stay at the hospital. I must say I have a high tolerance for pain; other patients may be different. I didn't take nausea meds either other than the emend pill 2 hours prior to surgery. After surgery, I put an ice pack on my tummy and that seemed to do the trick for me because I didn't have nausea at all. I still have not taken a single Tylenol or any other pain medication, and I am now four weeks into my recovery. After surgery, I was up and about the next day with mild discomfort and soreness, in fact, on day four of recovery, my husband drove us to my son's ring ceremony at Baylor University. No one could tell I had just had surgery! Dr. White also suggested I have Hyperbaric treatments to speed up healing and this is why I love Dr. White. He is always looking for the latest technology available to help his patients heal faster, be comfortable and pain free. When he recommended leg pumps to help prevent potential blood clots, I was elated! After my surgery, I immediately benefited from not having that horrible back pain that I used to have because of my large breasts. I feel great!
