I shop here regularly and the staff is great. They always try to help me find what I need.

I just had the most AMAZING service at Sally Beauty Supply in Rockwall. The lady that was helping me was proactive with asking me if I needed anything and then helped me pick out a shampoo/conditioner that met what I was looking for in price and smoothness. I almost walked out of the store not getting a conditioner because it was too pricey but she helped me find something that worked within my budget. So I ended up getting conditioner too and some other things. Plus she was so personable - absolute joy! I wish I got her name, but you have a real gem of an employee that seems to really enjoy her job and a good employee. read more

the manager there was absolutely rude to her employees & stressed everyone else out in the store! she had an employee out in 30 degree weather cleaning windows & yelling at her infront of customers that she was doing it wrong. this is not acceptable, when you are a manager you encourage your team, you don't belittle them! we will not be returning to this sally's because of her. i didn't catch her name but she was working at 6pm on 2/19/21! read more

I asked Ella #2256 Sally Beauty Supply for assistance and told her exactly what I needed and while she ignored me and although she came over to the isle, I watched her fix the products for what seemed like 5 minutes. After I had already explained what I was looking for she asked what it was that I needed. I repeated I needed light brown and medium brown with out red in the dye. She started looking at the products and at that time my sister walked up and said this is what we need. I said sister she works here and she knows what we need. She then took the product my sister recommended and gave it to me. I said what's the difference between what you were just looking at and this one. She seemed very annoyed and said "That has red in it and you said you didn't want anything with red." She had the customer service of a sloth. Very rude and upset that I asked for assistance. They should staff members who enjoy working with the public. read more

I think all Sally's are pretty much the same. There is nothing special or unique about this one. They stock the same items you can find at other Sally's. Some brands you can expect to find here are O.P.I, Elizabeth Arden, Clairol, Ion, L'oreal, Conair, Gold n' Hot, Revlon, Beyond the Zone and Sally's own Generic items. If you have never been to a Sally's - They sell everything from hair dyes and hair products to nail care. You can invest in a Sally's card for a couple of dollars to save you some change. It only valid for 1 year and is worth it if you make regular stops to Sally's. There is an older foreign woman with a strong accent at this location. She yelled at me for trying to color my hair and shook her head at me in disappointment. She couldn't offer any advice as to how to repair my bad dye job , but it was funny to hear her comment on the damage already done. read more

Don't go to this location if you want assistance. The girl that was working knew absolutely nothing about the products they carry. When I asked her if she has tried the feature lotion that was at the checkout she just said NO. Nothing else. Same with a few other questions. You would think the employees would know something. She could have cared less about helping. I'll stick with Ulta. read more

The management at this sally's is very rude! The lady checking me out took 25 minutes to do a refund and when the manager finally came up she had attitude and snapped at me and another customer and when I told her she was being rude, she didn't even apologize! Very unprofessional place. read more

I've been to this location around six times in the last three years. I'd love to go more often but literally everytime I go I spend 20 minutes at the register. Their register is always broke or the lady behind the register doesn't know how to operate it correctly. I wouldn't waste my time going here unless you've cleared your schedule for the day. read more

I sent my mother into this location to get me a few things... My mother is pretty smart but likes to ask others opinions.. The stores employes swindled my mother into buying the most expensive AND shitty products on the list I have her to get. Also, every time i have ever gone into the store the cashiers have been rude and disrespectful. Who ever is The higher management need to get new employes or learn how to Hire people. Honestly, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to another store to get your beauty products. I hope this was helpful! read more

They are always fully stocked but staff is uneducated and likes to give bad advice to customers. As a hairdresser I cringe at what I hear when I am in there and you can never be in a hurry if you are going there. The manager on duty today, July 12, 2014 -- Lessett -- violated published company policy regarding a return without a receipt. The policy states that without a receipt, the customer is entitled to a Merchandise Return Gift Card (see below). Lessett refused me the gift card and told me that the only option I had was to make in-store purchases that day equal to the amount of the return. I have contacted Sally's corporate customer service re Lessett and her blatant violation of company policy. In the meantime, I will return home to see if I can find the receipt, but this experience in the Rockwall Sally Beauty Supply store has left a bad taste. After 60 days or without a receipt, you will be offered an in-store merchandise credit in the form of a Merchandise Return Gift Card, for the lowest selling price of the item(s) returned within the past 60 days before return. Dont trust any employees that work at ANY Sallys. I only wanted a purple shampoo to remove my bronze from a recent blond hair dye. They convinced me to buy grey toner, and a bunch of other stuff for $30. They wanted me to buy more but i said this was enough and they convinced me that I'd get the results i needed. After following the instructions i washed out the product and now have GREY hair! :( what does sallys say? Try using dawn dish soap or come back and buy some more products that might do even more damage! Beware they dont have a beauty license and dont know what theyre doing. read more
