My stylist was very attentive, professional and disclosed all the charges related to my service before hand. My issue is with the salon itself. When I proceeded to pay, I realized there was a $9 charge for using a card. I had never seen that at a salon before. I wouldn't have mind leaving that in addition to the tip I left for my stylist, because she was the one who did my service, but a charge for a card fee, that's definitely not the norm.
