SCAM ALERT!!!! They had a booth a our bridal show and had a drawing to win two crystal China toasting glasses, and a 3 day 2 night stay "anywhere in the US of your choice" all you had to do was go to there 90 minute demo on their products. There were multiple other "winners" and we went and didn't fall for their sales pitch (looked like it was made in the 80s anyways) just so we could claim our prize. The China toasting flutes were not real crystal like they claimed just normal cheap glass. And the getaway was not free they want you to pay a 50 dollar deposit and there are very few locations not "anywhere" like they claimed. After reading the fine print of the getaway brochure it states "you will be offered exciting vacation opportunities in the hopes you will vacation with the host resort again" ...so a timeshare scheme? Also hidden fees if you do use the travel voucher and you aren't guaranteed an actual room. read more

Went to a bridal show and me and my fiancé purchased a set of the pots and pans from them the presentation was great and the pots and pans seemed amazing. He cooked in front of us with nothing in the pan besides chicken and seasoning, no water or oil nothing. Then afterwards showed us how easy cleanup was. Which when he did it is was, he used wet paper towel and was clean. When we received our pots and pans, we could not wait to try them out. After using them I will say they are nothing like what is demonstrated. They are supposed to last you "life" and will " send you a new one if one breaks or bends or has damage" We have not had the pans very long and let me tell you now they do not clean as easy as they show you in the presentation. I would certainly return this if I could. DO NOT waste your money on these pots and pans. You can get a much nicer set at Macys for much less expensive. read more

These pans cost a lot yes but if you wash them correctly, they work like they are supposed to. I haven't had any issues with anything sticking or burning in them. You're not supposed to wash pans in the dishwasher, especially these, you hand wash and to keep them nice you use the barbers cleaner. We've had them for quite some time and they still look and cook like new. And the knives are super sharp, have yet to need to sharpen them. Better than Cutco. Actually sliced and messed up my finger washing one. Best knives we've ever owned. These sets have cost us a lot of money but have definitely been worth it. You don't need high heat in these pans either. read more

Spent tons of money and bought one of their bigger sets, and they never worked like how they're supposed to. Every time we try to make something in them, it completely burns our food. I was not sold on this when my fiance talked me into it. Now I LOVE it! I balked at the price initially, but after some math and research I came around to seeing the long term value. It was completely worth it! It took me some time to adjust my cooking style to utilize the grease-less aspect, had some frustrations at first (eggs!) but when I called all angry, the rep I spoke with was so friendly and helped me understand what I was doing wrong. I keep buying new pieces to add to my set, there's so much to choose from. My husband and I also registered for the casual china and it's been beautiful on our table. We're saving up now for crystal to add to the set of fine China I inherited from my grandma. I was real put off at first anticipating some super pushy salesman I couldn't get away from, but that was not the case. They were friendly and calm, and others who said no were just thanked and given their gifts and left with no problems. I highly recommend the products they sell, I love mine! The presenters were very nice and witty. They made us laugh throughout the 90 minute presentation. They were not pushy but convincing in a practical way. When they priced it out per month and compared the $40 per month payment to the cost of going out to eat once at a restaurant or one less Starbucks each week, its a great way to put it in perspective. Being that I just had bought an instapot, I wanted to use that more. If the sets were available as a wedding registry, which still included the cruise special, I would have gladly added it as one of our registry items. read more

This was by far the best presentation of a product I've seen. Our presenter kept us engaged, was easy to talk to and made it fun.

The presenter was witty and very knowledgeable about the products. He answered all the questions attentively. The only problem I had was the lack of acceptance and appreciation for other cultures. I don't think this was the presenter's fault, but the fault of the company who sells to clients in, among other cities, San Diego, a very multicultural location, without requiring their staff to get to know the wedding cultures of their non-American customers. The presenter repeatedly informed me that no one would gift me a Vita Craft set, even when I gave cultural examples of friends pooling money together to give friends bigger gifts. (Quality matters over quantity!) He told me that he believes I shouldn't ask people for things when I wouldn't buy them myself for myself. At face value, the comment isn't wrong, but in the context of an Asian wedding culture, the comment is ignorant, judgemental, and offensive. read more

Don't even waste your time for anything "free" with this company. I took was so called selected to receive gifts for wine flutes and hotel stays. I called them back to find out who they were and they wanted to give my fiancé and me a 90 min presentation about their products. I've been to these sort of demonstrations before for time shares so I know how to say no and still walk away with whatever free gift they have for you. But when I told them my fiancé would not be available they told me its couples only. He's still in college and didn't want to waste him time simply for something free so I didn't go. After some research as to what scam they were pulling anyway I found some interesting stuff. Here's what they do: you get cheap crystal fluts you can probably get at the dollar store or Dollar General for the same thing. The hotel stay is hard to cash in and it's at one of their 30 locations and the hotels aren't great and not worth the hassle of planning a vacation around. The products are over priced cookware ($2,000) that often don't work properly and if you ask for a refund you won't get it. They may have at one point in the company's history have had good working products of china, pots and pans but they no longer sell them. They are cheaply made and hard to clean. Save your time and money. Conclusion: don't spend a lot of money on companies giving a seminar but aren't known for good products. Their sales people are meant to make their products exciting and luxury but don't buy their song and dance. If it was that good why not sell them in stores? I personally stick with Calphalon. I was called 5 nights in a row at 8pm! I asked each night to be removed from the list. When I finally asked who these people were they said they ran the bridal show. I was pissed. They lied of course. The actual company that runs it had no idea what I was talking about. Needless to say I sounded nuts. I am however still pissed they let these a-holes in the event after all the bad reviews I have seen. This is the biggest scam. I got called about it tonight and thought about going only to get the free trip and not buy anything. My fiance and I literally have no money to spare and cookware is the last thing on this earth that we could care about. Everyone keeps calling it a scam because the products suck and are expensive. Okay whatever. But did anybody actually get the trip? Like when I get there, will they, "Just kidding about that part, but glad you came!" or give me fake tickets or something? This company's billing department is crap. They contacted us today and told us that we missed a payment in October but I can see the payment made out of my checking account. This is not the first issue I've had with a billing department. I missed several months because of the oversight of a missed payment which caused three months a payments to be missed. When you set up automatic payments with them they are not automatic they are done by hand every month. I'm not even sure if my information is secure with this company. I want to warn everybody about this company do not use them if you don't have to. read more
