SCAM ALERT!!!! They had a booth a our bridal show and had a drawing to win two crystal China toasting glasses, and a 3 day 2 night stay "anywhere in the US of your choice" all you had to do was go to there 90 minute demo on their products. There were multiple other "winners" and we went and didn't fall for their sales pitch (looked like it was made in the 80s anyways) just so we could claim our prize. The China toasting flutes were not real crystal like they claimed just normal cheap glass. And the getaway was not free they want you to pay a 50 dollar deposit and there are very few locations not "anywhere" like they claimed. After reading the fine print of the getaway brochure it states "you will be offered exciting vacation opportunities in the hopes you will vacation with the host resort again" ...so a timeshare scheme? Also hidden fees if you do use the travel voucher and you aren't guaranteed an actual room. read more

They probably call everyone to tell them they won a 3 night stay anywhere they want in the 50 states. They want us to watch a 90 min cooking presentation in order to claim our prizes and try to sell us their cookware. It's basically like a timeshare read more

Went to a bridal show and me and my fiancé purchased a set of the pots and pans from them the presentation was great and the pots and pans seemed amazing. He cooked in front of us with nothing in the pan besides chicken and seasoning, no water or oil nothing. Then afterwards showed us how easy cleanup was. Which when he did it is was, he used wet paper towel and was clean. When we received our pots and pans, we could not wait to try them out. After using them I will say they are nothing like what is demonstrated. They are supposed to last you "life" and will " send you a new one if one breaks or bends or has damage" We have not had the pans very long and let me tell you now they do not clean as easy as they show you in the presentation. I would certainly return this if I could. DO NOT waste your money on these pots and pans. You can get a much nicer set at Macys for much less expensive. read more

These pans cost a lot yes but if you wash them correctly, they work like they are supposed to. I haven't had any issues with anything sticking or burning in them. You're not supposed to wash pans in the dishwasher, especially these, you hand wash and to keep them nice you use the barbers cleaner. We've had them for quite some time and they still look and cook like new. And the knives are super sharp, have yet to need to sharpen them. Better than Cutco. Actually sliced and messed up my finger washing one. Best knives we've ever owned. These sets have cost us a lot of money but have definitely been worth it. You don't need high heat in these pans either. read more

They are an absolute scam. We went to their fake "show" where their products looks absolutely legit and awesome. Spent tons of money and bought one of their bigger sets, and they never worked like how they're supposed to. Every time we try to make something in them, it completely burns our food. Either that, or you have to add tons of oil. Please listen to me when I tell you please save your money and do not spend it on this junk. And yes, we did contact them for potential refund and they came up with excuses every time and never ended up getting anywhere. read more

Notice how the last 4-5 star review was 2 years ago. This place will scam the crap out of you and your money. They offered a free cruise but underdelivered. The presenter did not mention that and claims that she did too cover her tracks. Do not fall for this company nor buy into it. Products are terrible and I never really hope the worst in people but to a company that under delivers should not be a business organization. Truly, worst service provided. read more

The overall experience wasn't bad. The presenter was great. They don't hard sell you which was nice. When we said we just couldn't purchase anything they did not continue trying to sell us anything. read more

My phone conversation setting up the appointment was enjoyable and won over our complete confidence that this was on the up and up. The location was conveniently located and a high quality hotel. James Miller was welcoming and confirmed our prize package quickly calling the home office, even though he had not received a note about on his roster for the day. James Miller was warm and shared his and his wife's personal experience with the company and products. His demonstration and knowledge must be unparalleled within the company. He made us feel at home. There is a 100% forecast of our purchasing these products and reccommending that others do the same. read more

James was great from the time we walked into the room until the time we walked out. His presentation was informative, but also very enjoyable. We did not purchase any products because at the moment we do not have the funds, however the products are definitely a necessity for us in the future! read more

James was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgable about the products! We didn't buy, because we aren't in the cookware market, so I cant review the product, but I would have no problem giving James a call should our situation change! read more

James was an excellent presenter never felt pressured at all. He was so informative on the product, my fiancé and I learned a great deal on the products being showcased. As a bonus James is a fantastic chef! read more

We absolutely enjoyed what could have easily been a boring presentation about simple household items. It was neither boring nor were the items simple. In fact the incredible thought behind the creation and quality of the products seemed to simplify your life. That's exactly what we all needed as we drive full force to our wedding days. We laughed and felt comfortable sitting and learning from two entertaining, knowledgeable, and relatable individuals. read more

I loved my experience, I am so pleased with my buy. My fiance and I are very excited for our new vita craft sets.

These products are great just a bit pricey. James is an excellent presenter. You do get the free gifts. If you have the budget go ahead and upgrade. read more

I was not sold on this when my fiance talked me into it. Now I LOVE it! I balked at the price initially, but after some math and research I came around to seeing the long term value. It was completely worth it! It took me some time to adjust my cooking style to utilize the grease-less aspect, had some frustrations at first (eggs!) but when I called all angry, the rep I spoke with was so friendly and helped me understand what I was doing wrong. I keep buying new pieces to add to my set, there's so much to choose from. My husband and I also registered for the casual china and it's been beautiful on our table. We're saving up now for crystal to add to the set of fine China I inherited from my grandma. I was real put off at first anticipating some super pushy salesman I couldn't get away from, but that was not the case. They were friendly and calm, and others who said no were just thanked and given their gifts and left with no problems. I highly recommend the products they sell, I love mine! It's great to have a quality, American made (not from China) product. I can clearly tell that I'll never need to buy new cookware again. read more

The presenters were very nice and witty. They made us laugh throughout the 90 minute presentation. They were not pushy but convincing in a practical way. When they priced it out per month and compared the $40 per month payment to the cost of going out to eat once at a restaurant or one less Starbucks each week, its a great way to put it in perspective. Being that I just had bought an instapot, I wanted to use that more. If the sets were available as a wedding registry, which still included the cruise special, I would have gladly added it as one of our registry items. read more

The presenter very knowledgable and was offering a great deal on the cookware, I was just not interested at this time

DO NOT PURCHASE IT IS A SCAM! I wish I could give them less stars. They are an unproffessional company. We bought cookware at a bridal show because the sales pitch was wonderful, non stick pans that never scratch.....not real. We can fry a fucking egg, everything sticks and nothing works as it should. We called to try to get a refund and they directly tell you no. Its not an option. For a $2000 purchase they give you no solutions, no exhanges, and always in an unproffessional manner. DO NOT PURCHASE! DO NOT LET THAT SALES PITCH GET YOU! ITS A SCAM THEY DO NOT WORK! read more

This was by far the best presentation of a product I've seen. Our presenter kept us engaged, was easy to talk to and made it fun.

The presenter was witty and very knowledgeable about the products. He answered all the questions attentively. The only problem I had was the lack of acceptance and appreciation for other cultures. I don't think this was the presenter's fault, but the fault of the company who sells to clients in, among other cities, San Diego, a very multicultural location, without requiring their staff to get to know the wedding cultures of their non-American customers. The presenter repeatedly informed me that no one would gift me a Vita Craft set, even when I gave cultural examples of friends pooling money together to give friends bigger gifts. (Quality matters over quantity!) He told me that he believes I shouldn't ask people for things when I wouldn't buy them myself for myself. At face value, the comment isn't wrong, but in the context of an Asian wedding culture, the comment is ignorant, judgemental, and offensive. read more

Don't even waste your time for anything "free" with this company. I took was so called selected to receive gifts for wine flutes and hotel stays. I called them back to find out who they were and they wanted to give my fiancé and me a 90 min presentation about their products. I've been to these sort of demonstrations before for time shares so I know how to say no and still walk away with whatever free gift they have for you. But when I told them my fiancé would not be available they told me its couples only. He's still in college and didn't want to waste him time simply for something free so I didn't go. After some research as to what scam they were pulling anyway I found some interesting stuff. Here's what they do: you get cheap crystal fluts you can probably get at the dollar store or Dollar General for the same thing. The hotel stay is hard to cash in and it's at one of their 30 locations and the hotels aren't great and not worth the hassle of planning a vacation around. The products are over priced cookware ($2,000) that often don't work properly and if you ask for a refund you won't get it. They may have at one point in the company's history have had good working products of china, pots and pans but they no longer sell them. They are cheaply made and hard to clean. Save your time and money. Conclusion: don't spend a lot of money on companies giving a seminar but aren't known for good products. Their sales people are meant to make their products exciting and luxury but don't buy their song and dance. If it was that good why not sell them in stores? I personally stick with Calphalon. You can buy them any where. read more

This is the biggest scam ever. If you see them at a wedding show, run (don't walk run) the other way. They offer a prize sign up and then call everyone to tell them they won. I was called 5 nights in a row at 8pm! I asked each night to be removed from the list. When I finally asked who these people were they said they ran the bridal show. I was pissed. They lied of course. The actual company that runs it had no idea what I was talking about. Needless to say I sounded nuts. I am however still pissed they let these a-holes in the event after all the bad reviews I have seen. This is the biggest scam. They may have nice products I don't know personally but they have the ethics of hardened criminal. Don't walk.....Run I tell you! read more

Very fun presentation, the products are great. My fiancée and I weren't able to commit to the purchase during the sales pitch, but we both want to get the high quality stainless steel cookware in the future. read more

It was great we learned a lot about good and bad cookware. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions in great detail. We would have loved to purchase from you guys, only problem is we are on a extremely strict budget. Thank you for this class and the opportunity to learn about cookware. read more

Went there expecting high pressure sales intending not to buy anything as I had already been given fine China was very amazed at the cook wear and after watching the presentation. We decided that it was a good investment to our new life and our future we appreciate the sales person as he was fun and made it an easy choice read more

I was extremely tired when I went, but the presenters kept it lively enough for me to stay awake. They knew what they were talking about and kept it interesting the entire time. read more

No one, on any of these review sites, are saying anything about the free trip a couple would get if they go to the show. I got called about it tonight and thought about going only to get the free trip and not buy anything. My fiance and I literally have no money to spare and cookware is the last thing on this earth that we could care about. Everyone keeps calling it a scam because the products suck and are expensive. Okay whatever. But did anybody actually get the trip? Like when I get there, will they, "Just kidding about that part, but glad you came!" or give me fake tickets or something? I don't care about their products, but if my poor fiance and I can go on a free trip somewhere, even if its a cheap and lame ass hotel/location, we would be happy to sit through their presentation. So some feedback on that part of the deal would be great. Thanks read more

The cookware is something I've never seen before and am interested in buying in the future. The presenter was very friendly and easy to talk to, he was great. read more

Our presenter James, was wonderful. He knew his products very well and made the meeting enjoyable. At the end, we were really thinking about getting something, but when we chose not too, he did not pressure us to stay and purchase anything. He is great at what he does :) Thanks so much James! read more

James was the best! We did not get pressure from him, which made us more than excited to buy the cookware.

This company's billing department is crap. They contacted us today and told us that we missed a payment in October but I can see the payment made out of my checking account. This is not the first issue I've had with a billing department. I missed several months because of the oversight of a missed payment which caused three months a payments to be missed. When you set up automatic payments with them they are not automatic they are done by hand every month. I'm not even sure if my information is secure with this company. I want to warn everybody about this company do not use them if you don't have to. read more

My fiancé and I were so impressed with James' presentation!! The cookware blew us away within the first few minutes of the cooking demonstration. We cannot wait to receive our cookware!! We are thankful for the amazing customer service we received along with the generous specials that were offered. I am proud to own such phenomenal cookware and cutlery and I'm glad to be a customer of a great company! read more

Our presenter was great. I felt like he was truly invested in the product and he convinced me that he believed in it. We chose not to buy at this time, and he did not pressure us, which encourages me to buy in the future when we finally settle into a new house. read more

Cool stuff presented, fun presenter but out of most people's budget in today's economy. $80 a month for 3 years for cookware is too much money. Most people can't fit that into their monthly budget comfortably. read more

My fiance and I honestly went to this presentation planning NOT to buy anything. We had decided to put cookware and cutlery on our wedding registry and let our guests buy it for us. We were both much more impressed with the products than we expected to be and decided to buy the products at the end of the demonstration. We cannot wait to start using our new cookware! James was wonderful, developed a nice rapport with the attendees, and was able to anticipate most and answer all of our questions! read more

I would have given zero stars, if I could. I fell prey to them at a bridal show where you registered for a lot of things. Celebrity called me literally 2hrs after I left the show and said I had won a free item, but had to call back for more details. I was busy at the time, so I didn't answer. They continued to call me (while at work, 8pm at night, etc.). They called 5 times in a day! All they wanted was to sell me on some seminar...yeah right. Ruthless people selling junk...do people even use china anymore?! What a joke...don't give them your information!! read more

Most worthless price of shit cookware ever over priced and doesn't work the way there suppose to. Used as detected step by step food always stuck and stained even used there specific cleaning products didn't help. If you want overpriced worthless pots and pans go ahead and buy if you want to save time and hassle just stick buying the regular stuff. read more

It was a fun experience. I don't usually go to sales shows, but because there was gifts involved I went. Our presenter was a lot of fun.

James was awesome he took his time with each individual couple to make sure our experience was everything it could be
