It's a throwaway piece meant to be temporary but has been my master bedroom door since around April. I had a huge order and one door (and lots of hardware - another story ...) never appeared and the rep wasn't even going to tell me until I discovered I was shorted. This was my second rep, btw, because the first was AWFUL and I thought it couldn't get worse. What the hell these people do all day is anybody's guess. But it's sure not providing proper service.

So very disappointed with TCStone. I tried to contact them by phone, email, cell phone for well…read moreover a month, they finally called back after my husband left a terse message. They installed our quartz counters in March of 2016. They looked beautiful. Fast forward to the present. My under mount kitchen sink has separated from the quartz. Water is pouring over the front and back and into the cabinet, the sink is also sagging in the middle. Clips were not installed in the front and back only the sides. The glue has worn away. TCStone will not fix without a huge fee. This should be taken care of regardless of when it was installed, especially with the price we paid. Think twice and go with another reliable company. Very disappointed. Wendy Romanelli

The more difficult (at least I thought it would be) was to regrout the countertops that were bordering the wall. They had become gross and couldn't be cleaned anymore because the dirt was like stuck underneath so he pulled them all up and regrouted in like 10 minutes. Then he noticed that inside our sink some of the group was coming up as well. He didn't even charge us extra and replaced that in like 2 minutes. Everything was done outstandingly and we will definitely be using them again.

Not measured correctly, had to add extra trim to cover their mistake on our large backsplash slab. Then the measurement person said it was because we were doing a replacement and measurements can be off. The seams are huge and visible and couldn't be adjusted after being placed, I noticed 1 corner wasn't finished and they had to adjust it on site . 9 months later and we have discoloration on multiple edges despite sealing it. I've asked for help and they said this isn't covered under the warranty. I'm looking at costly repairs or replacement on something I waited 15 years to change out. They did do a good job on my quartz remnant for my bathroom vanity but I had to really convince of them if the placement of the sinks as it's off set from what is usual. I would not use them again and it's a shame. Deb was great to work with and is a huge asset to them.
