Tiesha deals with each customer individually. Listens to their food prep needs, likes and dislikes. Nourish Kitchen moved to the Sandwich area November 2020. I have been trying some of the meals offered. It takes a commitment to break the fast food habit. Once your taste preferences start to change, the pounds fall off. I've lost nearly 60lbs since my tastes have changed. Almost all fat. Meals are free of gluten, dairy, processed sugar and those harmful chemicals and preserves. Everyone deals directly with Chef Tiesha. She cooks all the meals herself. How great is that? It is like your own personal chef making your meal with your preferences. Surprisingly, I've found that not every meal has the be a Nourish Kitchen meal to see a change in one's health.

My dad recently needs to be on a lower sodium diet so it's nice to provide 1-2 meals per week for him with no commitment- he usually eats only half of the portion per meal and can easily know the sodium content. My wife and I have tried a few of the meals and been happy with everything - sometimes calories and fat/sodium can be a bit higher than my wife prefers for a single meal but you have all the info before ordering. There's always a salmon option, and a recent "Retro Fried Chicken Bowl" was great if slightly unhealthier than ideal but had a nice portion of well cooked chicken and included a fantastic smothered sauce plus the side of applesauce was chunky, flavorful, and just as good as we would make at home. If you don't make your own applesauce this will show you why you should do it. Nothing but positive so far, and prices generally seem consistent with the "ready to cook" options in the market but you have much less packaging waste and don't need to spend a bunch of time cooking and cleaning up which can be nice during the week. Most dishes are 2-3 minutes heating up in the microwave and end up great. Don't get me wrong, we love to cook but I prefer to use my own recipes and for my dad with limited mobility a quick, healthier microwave meal or a "soft food" option is important. And for my wife and me, this is a nice supplement to our weeknight meals. Bravo to a great local business worth supporting!

All we have to do is throw the freshly prepared entrees in the freezer after it's delivered, defrost and cook when we're ready. So it's not enough food if you have 4 people that eat. Maybe enough for 2 adults and an infant. You could throw in an anorexic girl as well. I also had a problem with the ingredients. While they did have some great cuts of flank steak, the salmon portions were frozen and the chicken breasts were those big frozen blobs you get in the big plastic bag at Cub Foods! Hello, I'm paying about $20 a "meal" here, how about some fresh ingredients? The recipes were ok. There was marinated flank stead, salmon with pesto sauce, some beef and chicken dishes as well as lasagna (too goopy) and soup. And the point of paying $20 for some soup is......? I have to say the facility was VERY clean and the staff was around answering questions or telling people to go faster since their time was running out. It was nice to have them actually involved. So if you are truly desperate for meals and have a family that isn't picky and doesn't eat much, this wouldn't be a bad fit. But if you are a cheapskate like me with big eaters, this isn't the place for you!

Every dish I ordered was outstanding. The Green Goddess Crepe was light yet satisfying and full of fresh vibrant flavor. The Spiced Tofu Bowl had the perfect balance of spice and texture, while the Orange Teriyaki Tofu was beautifully sauced, tangy, and full of depth. Even the Vegetarian Chili was hearty and comforting without feeling heavy. The portion sizes were impressive, especially for food that is this clean and balanced. The service was also wonderful. I was able to order 8 pre-assembled half meals for a very reasonable cost and pick them up right after work. First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining how to heat up the food and helping me carry it all to the car Second off, I got home, turned on the oven, popped in the crispy chicken tenders and tater tots while I was in the shower and by the time I was done, dinner was ready. One meal was enough food for me to split it in half so that I can make another entire meal later. The chicken was outstanding. Really flavorful and I loved the sweet and spicy sauce it came with. The tatertots were better than the ones I typically pick up from the grocery store. I was stuffed afterwards and can't wait to try another meal tonight. They also gave me a bag of their cookie dough to try. Omg. I ate five of them! This was a perfect solution for a busy professional like myself who currently lives alone.
