Healthy options, supports a worthy cause, fantastic friendly service, charming restaurant.

A Vegan Gem That Overdelivers As someone who has tried just about every plant based spot around, I have to say Eat and Evolve completely exceeded expectations. Every dish I ordered was outstanding. The Green Goddess Crepe was light yet satisfying and full of fresh vibrant flavor. The Spiced Tofu Bowl had the perfect balance of spice and texture, while the Orange Teriyaki Tofu was beautifully sauced, tangy, and full of depth. Even the Vegetarian Chili was hearty and comforting without feeling heavy. The portion sizes were impressive, especially for food that is this clean and balanced. The service was also wonderful. They made a substitution for me with no hesitation, which shows how much they care about their guests. Eat and Evolve proves that vegan food can be indulgent, energizing, and truly crave worthy. Whether you are fully plant based or just curious, this place deserves a spot on your must try list. I will absolutely be back, and probably ordering again on DoorDash before then. read more

Service was good. The dish i ordered had chicken and it was overcooked and hard. I was going to order a dessert to go and was told the kitchen was closed. That made me feel like my food was what was left before closing. I know that money is needed but common courtesy would have been to state kitchen closing soon. I would not have ordered. read more

Had lunch during the April Peoria vegan challenge. Healthy menu with something for all tastes. Good ambience. Order at the counter. My wife loved her Berry Almond bliss crepe. I liked the Paprika Tofu Bowl but would have preferred more spice. The buffalo sauce was a good compliment. SanPelligrino Aranciata was a nice dry beverage. read more

The service was ok. The person who brought the food out tried her best. I think she may have been new though and would benefit with knowing what the dishes are and that the restaurant has hot sauce. We were sitting outside and weren't aware of this. The food itself was a little mixed. We liked the vegetarian chili, the daal and cauliflower tikka dish, and the strawberry lemonade (thank you for not making it too sweet). But the butter nut squash soup wasn't good, and the steak bowls had some of the toughest beef we've ever eaten. I asked if the steak could be medium rare. I guess it was already in pieces so making that medium rare would be difficult. The falafel dish was only ok, and would have been better with a thinner brighter yoghurt sauce. The food in these healthy cafes tends to be very yummy though but it just seemed kind of meh. Ambience was good. We were outside so it was quiet. read more

On the far side is the strawberry and cream crepe and near side is the chicken Florentine crepe..in short AMAZING! Came on a whim to try a new place, so so glad we did! I will be back and I will bring people! read more

The salmon dish is seriously good. Like chef prepared good. I visit Peoria periodically for business, and this will be my go-to place for clean food. I actually ordered via DoorDash but I will visit the restaurant next time. Thanks Eat and Evolve! read more

A good healthy place in Peoria. The menu is decent. But some of the flavors are not upto my linking. Especially the cauliflower rice with turmeric (it was too much turmeric). The salmon had a good taste but that's all. The soup was also good. But I was not a big fan. Overall a decent clean place with healthy food options. read more

My wife recently died, and she was an amazing cook. I have been struggling to find great-tasting, healthy food from a restaurant, but the struggle is over. I ordered via Uber Eats and promptly called to talk to the manager to let her know how amazing the food is. I ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl, sweet potato fries, and an avocado brownie. The bowl was big enough for dinner and lunch the next day, the fries were piping hot, and everything was delicious. EatandEvolve is my new favorite place in Peoria. And they support the work of EP!C and the Ronald McDonald House. The food is absolutely amazing, you won't be disappointed. read more

Nice place to enjoy a lunch. Everything is super fresh and tasty. Many vegetarian options. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oder at the counter and they will bring it to your table. read more

It was not the best. I wanted an açaí bowl and they do not put on the menu what it includes. I asked the worker what it has in it and she had no clue. It was also over $14 for the bowl and for what it was, that's way too pricey. She also said it would be 15-20 minutes for two bowls which seemed kind of crazy considering we were the only two people in there. read more

I have been eating healthy, pescatarian, for the past 10 years. Before that, not healthy at all. When traveling I seek a restaurant that meets important food issues for me. Eat and evolve hits a total home run. The food is not only very healthy, but delicious. This is a must go when I visit Peoria. My only fear is it will become too crowded for its size. Don't miss out on this place. read more

This place is pretty nice. Loved the minimalist organic kind of ambiance which perfectly goes with their food concept. They really do consider your allergies, the first question our server asked " do you have any food allergies?" I was impressed. Me ,being on a gluten free dairy free diet, this place seemed too good to be true. And on top of that the menu sounded pretty amazing, pork chimichurri, chipotle shrimp... sounds yum, right? The only thing is I didn't like the taste of the food. Healthy food doesn't have to be tasteless... I couldn't finish mine. But anyways, 10 on 10 for opening a place that is completely focused on dietary restrictions, I totally appreciate that. read more

We have their delivery of meals during the week. Today, after church we decided to have lunch at EnE. I had the smoked salmon on toast. My wife chose chicken on avocado toast. We both chose the sweet salad. Everything was delicious. We would highly recommend this place for br or lunch or dinner. read more

Love the options here especially the smoothies (strawberry and greek yogurt is my favorite) and breakfast bowl. Recently had the salmon crepe and was so pleasantly surprised by how much food I got. Large crepe, side salad, and plate of asparagus. Yum! Such a great place to read a book, play board games, and enjoy wonderful company. The staff here is so kind and welcoming. read more

My Wife and I stopped by EAE on a whim. Glancing over the eat-in menu, we picked out the Orange Salmon for her and the steak bowl for me. While we waited, we enjoyed the strawberry infused water and the lemon infused water, noting the clean and simple furnishings and decor. Our lunch was brought out in a reasonable amount of time. The attendant was cheerful and helpful. She grabbed a couple take-out menus and took the time to correct the hours on the menu for our future needs. We WILL be back. read more

We drive through Peoria fairly often and have for years. We have recently started a health journey so I was looking up food options in the area that would meet that. We happened upon this place and I'm so glad we did! The staff went above and beyond making our dog comfortable on the patio. The woman that helped us suggested food options as well. I had the whole 30 Mediterranean bowl. My hubs had pork carnitas sandwich with corn salad and our son had PB and banana toast. We also got smooths. Everything was wonderful and we will 100% be back! There was even a trail nearby so we could walk during our break. read more

My wife and I love EatandEvolve! Often times we order their freshly prepared meals that we can heat up at our convienence. It's a life saver for us considering our busy schedules. Excellent food. Great option when you want to dine out but don't want heavy greasy food. This food is very clean. Glad they are here.

This service has honestly saved my health this month when I would be running around in a million directions and going through endless drive-thru's feeling guilty yet hangry enough to justify it to myself. Problem solved with this amazing meal delivery service! Not only are they really creative recipes that I would never make but they come right to your door and cost what I would be spending on the meal anyway! Coming home exhausted yet knowing a yummy fresh dinner awaits me in the fridge just eases my entire night and frees me up to actually do something I like (or laundry haha). The time saved from not hitting the grocery store, not standing at the stove and then not cleaning up after = priceless. Their communication is on point too. They answer questions super fast and text when they are coming with the meals and again to let you know they were delivered. I am so glad I have these guys to get my eating back on track after weekends full of holiday parties! read more

My wife and I eat breakfast there often on weekends. It is very good, in our opinion. The good news: The food is excellent, and is healthy. The place is quiet (not like the Childer's nearby). And the service is good. The bad news: it is rather expensive. (For example, the Porage bowl is $12, and you can get a similar bowl at Childer's for $8). read more

There are vegan items on this menu that are not vegan. The vegan brownies have milk in them and the falafel has eggs in it. Snooty owner with a nasty attitude. Also slow service and not worth the wait at all. read more

Always enjoy offerings from Eat and Evolve. The egg & avocado toast on gluten free bread is to die for. My husband had the Thai peanut pork today and gives it a 4/5 ( meat a little overdone). I had a Greek salad with shrimp added & goat cheese substituted for feta (no dairy for me) & was surprised to find no cucumbers or Kalamata olives. Shrimp was perfectly cooked. Mixed greens fresh & flavorful. Tomatoes were overripe & too few. First time we've been disappointed with the food so 3/5 overall for this meal. Chalk it up to COVID19 stress? We will still be regular customers read more

My mom, grandma, and me went here to eat. I got the Southwest Chicken bowl, it was really good my only suggestion would be to cut the veggies into way smaller pieces. My mom got the Chicken Florentine, her only complaint was the sauce was really bland and not very thick but she said everything else was good. My grandma got the strawberry banana crepes and she liked them. Overall, this place is really good and I love their food and vibes. We definitely need more healthy places like this in the area! read more

Amazing delicious and healthy food delivered to your door. It does not get better than this. The food is so delicious I order lunches in addition to dinners.
