A Vegan Gem That Overdelivers As someone who has tried just about every plant based spot around, I have to say Eat and Evolve completely exceeded expectations. Every dish I ordered was outstanding. The Green Goddess Crepe was light yet satisfying and full of fresh vibrant flavor. The Spiced Tofu Bowl had the perfect balance of spice and texture, while the Orange Teriyaki Tofu was beautifully sauced, tangy, and full of depth. Even the Vegetarian Chili was hearty and comforting without feeling heavy. The portion sizes were impressive, especially for food that is this clean and balanced. The service was also wonderful. They made a substitution for me with no hesitation, which shows how much they care about their guests. Eat and Evolve proves that vegan food can be indulgent, energizing, and truly crave worthy. The service was ok. The person who brought the food out tried her best. I think she may have been new though and would benefit with knowing what the dishes are and that the restaurant has hot sauce. We were sitting outside and weren't aware of this. The food itself was a little mixed. We liked the vegetarian chili, the daal and cauliflower tikka dish, and the strawberry lemonade (thank you for not making it too sweet). But the butter nut squash soup wasn't good, and the steak bowls had some of the toughest beef we've ever eaten. I asked if the steak could be medium rare. I guess it was already in pieces so making that medium rare would be difficult. The falafel dish was only ok, and would have been better with a thinner brighter yoghurt sauce. My wife recently died, and she was an amazing cook. I have been struggling to find great-tasting, healthy food from a restaurant, but the struggle is over. I ordered via Uber Eats and promptly called to talk to the manager to let her know how amazing the food is. I ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl, sweet potato fries, and an avocado brownie. The bowl was big enough for dinner and lunch the next day, the fries were piping hot, and everything was delicious. EatandEvolve is my new favorite place in Peoria. A good healthy place in Peoria. The menu is decent. But some of the flavors are not upto my linking. Especially the cauliflower rice with turmeric (it was too much turmeric). It was not the best. I wanted an açaí bowl and they do not put on the menu what it includes. I asked the worker what it has in it and she had no clue. It was also over $14 for the bowl and for what it was, that's way too pricey. She also said it would be 15-20 minutes for two bowls which seemed kind of crazy considering we were the only two people in there. read more

This place is pretty nice. Loved the minimalist organic kind of ambiance which perfectly goes with their food concept. They really do consider your allergies, the first question our server asked " do you have any food allergies?" I was impressed. Me ,being on a gluten free dairy free diet, this place seemed too good to be true. And on top of that the menu sounded pretty amazing, pork chimichurri, chipotle shrimp... sounds yum, right? We drive through Peoria fairly often and have for years. We have recently started a health journey so I was looking up food options in the area that would meet that. We happened upon this place and I'm so glad we did! The staff went above and beyond making our dog comfortable on the patio. The woman that helped us suggested food options as well. I had the whole 30 Mediterranean bowl. My hubs had pork carnitas sandwich with corn salad and our son had PB and banana toast. We also got smooths. Everything was wonderful and we will 100% be back! Not only are they really creative recipes that I would never make but they come right to your door and cost what I would be spending on the meal anyway! Coming home exhausted yet knowing a yummy fresh dinner awaits me in the fridge just eases my entire night and frees me up to actually do something I like (or laundry haha). The time saved from not hitting the grocery store, not standing at the stove and then not cleaning up after = priceless. Their communication is on point too. They answer questions super fast and text when they are coming with the meals and again to let you know they were delivered. Always enjoy offerings from Eat and Evolve. The egg & avocado toast on gluten free bread is to die for. My husband had the Thai peanut pork today and gives it a 4/5 ( meat a little overdone). I had a Greek salad with shrimp added & goat cheese substituted for feta (no dairy for me) & was surprised to find no cucumbers or Kalamata olives. Shrimp was perfectly cooked. Mixed greens fresh & flavorful. Tomatoes were overripe & too few. First time we've been disappointed with the food so 3/5 overall for this meal. Chalk it up to COVID19 stress? My mom, grandma, and me went here to eat. I got the Southwest Chicken bowl, it was really good my only suggestion would be to cut the veggies into way smaller pieces. My mom got the Chicken Florentine, her only complaint was the sauce was really bland and not very thick but she said everything else was good. My grandma got the strawberry banana crepes and she liked them. Overall, this place is really good and I love their food and vibes. Amazing delicious and healthy food delivered to your door. It does not get better than this. The food is so delicious I order lunches in addition to dinners. Eat and Evolve makes it easy to eat healthy because the food is ready to eat in 60 seconds. Now our evenings are free to walk and exercise instead of grocery shopping, prepping food, cooking and then washing a bunch of pots and pans. I highly recommend Eat and Evolve. read more

I haven't done the food delivery but I have been to the restaurant regularly since they opened. Service is always friendly and fast, eat in or carry out. Restaurant is clean. The food is healthy and made from scratch. Only complaint is that the past few times I've gone the food is consistently room temperature or just barely warm, even the waffles, savory crepes, or pancakes. We dined in last Saturday for a late breakfast (which we found out is served all day). I had heard some people say it was good, so I suggested it. My other half was not so thrilled when he saw the menu. (I should add that I'm a more adventurous eater and much more healthy when it comes to my food choices than my other half is...he wanted a Diet Coke and there's no soda, so he was bummed, lol!!!
