He was very knowledgeable, polite, and had my electricity working again very quickly! He was very patient in answering ALL my questions, let me know why the power went out and explained the voltage system in the house. He also gave me suggestions on how to prevent it happening in the future! On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being best, I give them a 10!!

I contacted Rabe because a family member raved about them. I did not have a similar experience…read more I asked for an estimate to remove an old wood burning heater and then cap and seal the chimney (in a garage). They never came by. I called again, they were going to be in Vinton and could probably come by to check it out. Never heard from them. A few months later, I called and left a message. Nothing. I tried one more time and left a message as the person (not using the name on purpose) in charge of scheduling these types of appointments is always out, probably installing a fireplace. I removed the wood burner myself, it wasn't difficult. Now I need to get a cap on it to stop the rain from coming in. Needless to say, I will not patronize this business after this experience. Apparently, not returning phone calls is the norm around here; some other businesses I have contacted have done the same. Glad they have enough business.

He wired my ac unit upto 110 instead of the 220 it was required and I ended up spending 400 bucks to fix his wiring for my ac and to get my ac back up and running. He also wired my dryer up to 110 vs the 220 it was also required and almost started a fire becuase the lines were getting insanely hot. I contacted him about the issues and he responded that I owe him more money for the work he already did and then since has ghosted me. He was already paid upfront for the work and then has the balls to say I owe him more. He is shady and is a crook. I would never in a million years put his name out the for anyone to hire. I now have to pay another company to come fix every one of his mistakes. ​​
