I tried calling the number that was provided in the text messages but I was only able to talk to an AI agent and had to leave a message to have someone call me back. Then hours later in the afternoon I received a text message saying that a technician was on their way but again no one showed up. The next morning I received a voicemail from an agent saying they were just returning my call, no other explanation addressing why no one showed up at the scheduled appointment. Wth Dalton - do better! I ended up calling Hansons Heating and Cooling who came out the next day, did a great job so I signed a service contract with them.
