We purchased our hot tub from Northwest Spa & Pool, it was delivered & set sometime around Christmas of 2017, it was still under warranty so the service call cost us nothing! This is our second Jacuzzi hot tub in 16 years, I can only think of 3 problems over all those years + we have had incredible service both here in Spokane & Elko Nevada.
