The room was clean when we arrived and room service did a very nice job keeping it clean during our visit. The room did make some funky noises during the night, especially coming from the restroom. I think the noise came from the pipes. The grounds were well kept. The morning breakfast that comes with your stay was okay, and is an area they should focus on improving. It was pretty basic. There was a sign that stated they rotated the breakfast items everyday, but except for a few items, it was pretty much the same every day. Every day there were sausage patties, but never any bacon, and the fruit came mixed in a bowl. I wish they offered fresh sliced fruit but separately. The best thing I liked was a chorizo scrambled they offered one morning. All in all, it was a good stay and the beds were comfortable and cozy, which was important to me,

She was so kind on the phone and made booking super quick and easy I really appreciated her hospitality both on the phone and in person so thank you Riley!!! We booked originally for two nights but enjoyed it so much we ended up extending our stay. The hotel is easy to find, although it is currently undergoing exterior remodeling but that doesn't effect anything at all. The room itself was clean and well kept. The tv has live channels available as well as Netflix. the rooms have a microwave a fridge and a coffee maker as well as an iron The list of amenities is pretty awesome a heated pool and spa (8am-11pm) a laundry room (8am-10pm free breakfast (6-10am) free wifi excersise room (6-11pm) we payed a pretty good price for three nights we had two adults and a room with two queen beds and payed around 450 and that includes 30$ deposit that is returned to you after your stay What I also really like about this place is that they don't automatically have a maid come and service your room instead you request it. I personally love this option. Overall I recommend staying here as its also in a good area. 1hr from Zion national park and a quick 10 minutes to the downtown area. Nice staff, Quick service, Clean rooms and Bathrooms, Wonderful area, Good prices! Felt safe here!

The new flooring, walls, furniture, and restroom fixtures. One thing I do recommend is that they add better ventilation fans in the restrooms that suck the air out quicker and more efficiently. The beds were comfortable and offered very nice bedding. Although I did not need the use of the AC, it did work very well. A big plus about staying at this hotel is the breakfast they offer for free throughout your stay during the morning hours. I hit it up every morning, regardless if I was intending to have breakfast later that day. The breakfast includes biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon strips, sausage links, make your own waffle machine, breakfast potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, and much more, not to mention coffee and teas. There's inside and outside seating available. The hotel offers an inside pool, it's a non-smoking facility, offers a laundry facility, and an exercise room. The renovations will include a new lobby and restaurant and bar. I would stay here again, not only because the prices were very fair and it was a good stay.

Anna, the evening supervisor checked us in. She gave us a nice room on the top floor. The room was nice and comfortable. It had a nice king bed. The gym was adequate for a nice workout. Breakfast is served in their bistro downstairs. Sarah worked the bistro in the morning that I was there. Platinum Marriott members do get $10 per person for breakfast. Nothing in the bistro was under $10. Their breakfast is better from other Marriott with breakfast buffets. It's a good hotel. I immediately wanted to meet each of the pooches and have a cuddle-puddle in the lobby, but I refrained. The hotel itself is fine-the room was incredibly spacious with a double shower that's just begging for some group adult parties. I'm sure this setup is perfect for such shenanigans, but I can't confirm that since it was just me and the wife. But anyway, yeah, that's a balling shower. I also appreciate the higher quality shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. Dove is a step above the typical hotel stuff, for sure! Breakfast is rather nice-a full selection of hot items, cereal, fruit and an assortment of juices and coffee. Everything stayed stocked and neat thanks to the attentive breakfast staff. My one complaint about this hotel is the noise. We heard every conversation out in the hall-and I don't think anyone was speaking at unreasonably loud levels. The sounds of footsteps above us made me think that there were large animals running around-but I bet there were not. A little better insulation or other sound-reducing measures could really make a difference. Especially if you have a party in that shower.

During our trip, we…read morestopped at various hotels overnight and felt that most hotels don't understand accommodating pets. The SpringHill Suites in Cedar City is completely different. We had a first-floor room. They gave us a paw sign to hang on the door to remind anyone opening the door that we had a dog. There is a grassy area, with shady trees, outside the hotel (with poop bags and a trash receptacle) at the outside of the parking lot. But the biggest compliment I can give this hotel is how EVERYONE helped however we needed it (by adding a night over a crowded holiday weekend), quick-cleaning the room while we took our dog for a walk, and accepting a delivery from nearby Walmart of dog food. The room was clean and had everything we needed to stay inside to eat dinner. This was our favorite stop.

The couch has a pull out on the bottom, little kitchenette, desk area - free breakfast buffet is included - there's waffles, eggs, sausages, fruit, etc. We wouldn't mind staying here again if we happen to be in town.

There are three levels in the home with LOTS of stairs inside and outside. No elevator and little help with suitcases. Most members of our group are in their 70's with some in their 80's. They chose this location because it is within walking distance to the plays on campus and several restaurants. There is street parking in front and a large parking lot with a garden in the back. Each room has a "theme" that is over decorated. We had to move objects and furniture to have space to move around. We were nervous about breaking things. So dusty!! Many of us got sick. Their breakfast usually included fresh fruit, a cooked egg item (quiche or casserole), sausage or bacon, juices, toast, sweet roll or bread, etc. Inside they have one large, one medium, and one small table. There are several tables outside on the front porch. Our room had garbage baskets emptied and towels replaced almost every day. The owners are around only until 5:00. The basement level has four private bedrooms/bathrooms with a common area (kitchen/table/couches) and easy access to the parking lot. The middle level requires steep stairs to three or four private bedrooms/bathrooms and a galley kitchen. The upstairs level with yet more steep stairs to access has a large suite with two large beds and one single bed in one room. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower then a jetted tub in the middle of the main room! Awkward. I prefer to rent a large home just for our group or to stay in six or more hotel rooms instead of sharing space with ten strangers.
