She went to the front of the store and started chatting with a coworker. I waited. And waited. Finally, I went up to the front of the store, and on my way out the door I said "Thanks for your help." She replied very contemptuously, "You're so very welcome." I don't know, maybe they feel they have too many customers. If that's the case, I'm happy to help alleviate that situation.

Applying his plumbing knowledge he worked with me for over 20 minutes to iteratively figure out the best and simplest alternative solution. Once identified he got me all the necessary, fittings, tools and pipe necessary to complete the project.
