After the remodel was completed they added more checkout line filled with candy and junk, the front half of the store is now bbq grills not more hardware that all tradesman could have befitted greatly from. The paint counter is right in the middle right in the way and not one person in that store has ever been qualified to mix paint so that is just a joke. Everything in that store got worse. I have no use in that store at all now, I and everyone else will have to go 45 minutes each way to the next store. This slows down jobs and customer wait times it adds to their price total and I can't waste time going there and wandering around hoping they may have the thing. This is a terrible terrible slap in the face to trades people who actually keep your doors open. Hope you sell a bunch of grass seed and bbqs in January in northern Michigan what a joke.

She went to the front of the store and started chatting with a coworker. I waited. And waited. Finally, I went up to the front of the store, and on my way out the door I said "Thanks for your help." She replied very contemptuously, "You're so very welcome." I don't know, maybe they feel they have too many customers. If that's the case, I'm happy to help alleviate that situation.

Standard items that we need for the cabin seem to be here but occasionally things have been sold out for a day or two. Right now we are the in the middle of the COVID situation so I don't find that terribly surprising. The store and the employees seem to be adhering to the recommended precautions so we feel pretty good about going here. It's your standard small town hardware stuff... the essentials you need and the helpfulness of the employees that you want to go back. Check it out
