If one employee isn't completely sure about a question I've asked, they always consult other employees and have even done research on their computers for me! We've come here in the past looking for the best concrete sealers for water fountains and our aggregate concrete patio. We ended up purchasing two different sealers as the finish we were looking for differed on each project. We were very happy with the outcome! It's kind of hard to see from the main street, and depending on what direction you're coming from, entrance into their parking lot can be a bit tricky. FYI, their parking lot is gravel. Would highly recommend for professional advice regarding concrete projects!

The folks working the counter were clearly accustomed to commercial customers, but all of my rookie questions were answered patiently and cordially. Through no fault of Concrete Specialty Supply, I had purchased a product that wasn't what was expected. I made the situation worse, by applying the product over an entire pad without fully testing it first to see how it looked when dry. As I was trying to figure out how to fix my issue, I wound up speaking with CSS owner, Mark B. and to my surprise, I suddenly had a strong advocate. Mark spoke with the manufacturer on my behalf, who provided replacement product. Mark personally delivered the replacement product to my home and to my astonishment, helped me greatly by applying a remover and absorbent medium so I could start fresh. Mark refused payment for the supplies he provided nor the time spent applying them. During my initial conversation with Mark, I remarked that I was not a contractor, just a homeowner and his response was, "Every customer is important to me, big or small. It doesn't matter." He also mentioned his vendors stand by their products. I can state without a doubt, that Concrete Specialty Supply will treat you right and value your business whether it is large or small and they have chosen vendors who feel that way too. This is a business that deserves to be hugely successful. I truly hope more people learn about and do business with CSS.

There are already too many cars and pick up trucks, semi's that speed on this Hwy. These companies need to tank accountability for their drivers. And the police need to be out there paying attention at ALL hours not just certain hours or holidays.

And it's cheaper to come here than buy online and pay for shipping! The staff is very knowledgeable and can order items for projects if they don't currently have it stocked in the store or warehouse.
