We were greeted right away by nice young man Brody, who explained their pricing and where to find what we were describing. We found several rocks we liked from different stacks so I headed to get help. Brody saw me coming back and immediately came out of the office to offer assistance. We showed him the rocks we wanted and he tagged them and started loading them to be weighed. I was impressed at how efficient, skilled and safely he handled the big equipment. He had us weighed and loaded in no time. We were able to pay the $218 right there at the truck with his hand held device and we were on our way. Overall we were very impressed and the short drive across the river was well worth the savings. We priced out the same number of rocks in similar styles in Portland and the Portland suppliers were nearly twice what we paid here. If you're a dog person, there's added bonus (not related to Sundance) is that they are right next to a huge dog park that we weren't aware of so we were able to take our dog there for some fun afterwards too.

A rock from one of Site One LLC's trucks cracked my windshield April 7th on I-5 southbound. I…read morecontacted Site One by phone at the time of the problem and asked for the name of their insurance company. They would not give me the name and said their truck did not carry rock. I contacted Site One April 7th via their website email and gave them the license plate number of the truck, the time and location that the rock cracked my windshield. I told them I'd send a bill for my out of pocket cost for the windshield replacement. I emailed them April 18th with a copy of the bill for my windshield replacement. If Site One LLC pays for the windshield that was cracked by the rock from their truck, I'll upgrade my rating to 3 stars (OK). If not, I will change my rating to 1 star (Edk! Methinks not).

No reply. I'll have to file a claim with my insurance to cover the damage to the windshield and hood of my car. I recommend that people do not do business with this company, period. They are not responsible for the damage their trucks have caused to others, even if state law holds them responsible for debris that falls from their trucks. They must have insurance to do business. Not sure why Roofline employees thought they could get away with this and thought going through another property without notification was okay in any scenario. They were hired by Top Notch Roofing which I wouldn't recommend either for similar reasons.
