She has a wonderful personality and offered me a pen while I was waiting in line. She handles all of the passport appointments at this location. She also can multitask when a disgruntled person walked in about not receiving a letter yet that was on their informed delivery. She had just finished up a long tedious passport application for a baby and then helped me send a flat rate envelope for ironically my passport renewal. Denise was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond not only for me but other customers she helps out. Very impressed with this busy USPS location.

This is the United States Post Office. This location is very, very small. There is enough room in…read morethe lobby to pick up mail and send out. If there are 4 people in the lobby, it's crowded :). This location is not meant to be a place to hang around, you do what you need and leave. Because this is a small location, there are not a lot of people that work at this location, therefore be mindful that during lunch or breaks, the office itself is closed so you cannot do any window services. Please also keep in mind the hours for this location. They are open 6 days a week, but the hours are not all day long, therefore be mindful if you need window services. There are NO stamp machines like larger locations have. The customer service is always good at this location & the staff are very friendly. They always have a smile and are always willing to provide assistance wherever possible. This is RARE in this day and age. I am giving four stars for the excellent customer service.

It was just after lunchtime and fortunately for me, I did not run into a crowd. In this small building, it becomes cramped when there are 10 people in line! There is just one window but I think two employees can work there at once. Note: I purchased stamps and the guy told me they only sell forever stamps. Doesn't bother me any. I just need plain ole stamps when I am mailing something.
