To put it plainly, Rochelle is a major reason I have stayed with State Farm. In today's world, people do not stay loyal to companies just because of a name. They stay because of the people behind that name, and Rochelle represents State Farm at the highest level. Her experience, training, licensing, and years of service show in every conversation. She brings clarity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to doing right by people. Her level of service has always been exceptional. She is thorough, responsive, patient, highly knowledgeable, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly. What makes Rochelle stand out is not just her experience, but the way she treats people. She brings real care, real professionalism, and real confidence to every interaction. She makes you feel like you matter, and that kind of service is rare. It is the reason I have stayed with State Farm and why I continue to hold this company and this office in such high regard. The Salinas office is fortunate to have Rochelle. She represents the very best of State Farm. Whether your needs are auto, home, life, or anything else, I highly recommend reaching out to Rochelle specifically. She has earned my trust and respect over many years, and that says everything. In a time when great customer service feels rare, Rochelle reminds you what it is supposed to look like.

Mr. Stretch, I understand your reputation is important to you and you want to separate your practice from the corporate policies that govern what you can and cannot do but you are an insurance agent that cannot insure me. I think 1 star is fair since you cannot do your job. This may be due to StateFarm but if you want to keep your 5 stars you should advocate for a reasonable solution to StateFarm and take it up with them that their policy cost you clients, income and reputation. Sorry you are in this situation but I am not altering my assessment. Thats like a car salesman saying sorry i cant sell you any cars. Thats literally your job and not my fault as a consumer..
