So unprofessional had me on hold for over 25 minutes called back n was transferred to their main office in San Jose just to find out the insurance agent at the Salinas office messed up did some type of fraud with our insurance charged us over $700 for 3 months when they told us they don't do 3 month coverage only 6 months so they don't know y the agent charged us for something they don't provide and I go to the office to clear it up and get my money back and he has me sitting here for over an hour just for a signature so he can return me my money that he should've even took it's a shady insurance place with shady agents at the Salinas location on Alisal st. Update: After paying $200 I received a bill with a due date of 4/28( 3 weeks later) for my first months premium. However, I paid $199, which I was told by Manuel was my deposit and first months bill. Freeway is just the broker so multistate broke down the bill for me. Basically this broker was trying to get another sell and gave false information to make it sound good. Had I known I would be expecting this I would've definitely shopped around more. Cut the middle man out and do NOT call him. read more
