    Our neighbors hired this service over the weekend for a house party. We live across the street and observed their valet crew being extremely unprofessional. They were careless with navigating the cars on a very busy street and blocking traffic in all directions for no reason. The crew had an available parking lot to let people in and out of their cars but they didn't use it. The attendants had people waiting for their cars in the flow of traffic, at dark, which is incredibly dangerous. They also trashed the street and did not clean up after themselves. I've spent all morning cleaning up their trash in our yard. Have some decency and respect please for your neighbors and do not hire this company.

    I use this valet services Saturday June 12 21 they park my car got my car window broken act like they didn't care no manager on duties responsibility to give you there insurance information or someone to speak to. Been calling them all morning no one at fake company answering am about to report you get legal action unprofessional valet company

    Valet service returned car with half the length of the car heavily scratched and dented.

    lost my key and put it in another persons car dumb unproffesional company. they should not be able to be responsible for anyone car

    Valet drivers take car out for joyrides. Do not trust this company with your cars. Beware

I recently purchased a really really nice car and the lot was packed. There was a line of cars waiting to get attended to by the valet but not for a lack of their effort - you could see they were trying their best to efficiently move things along. We waited in the line and were greeted by Blake (sorry if I got the name wrong)! I told him I wanted to park the car myself and would take care of him. He pointed at a spot and I didn't exactly feel comfortable parking there. He then asked me where I wanted to park and took the time to be patient and understanding of my concerns despite holding up traffic behind us. It made me feel so much better and when we settled on the spot he helped me back into it by guiding me. I recommend this valet company for high end luxury car owners and specifically recommend the attendant Blake. He's considerate, well mannered, and understands how you feel. Great guy and I appreciate him. I come to Uchi around once a week so I'll be frequenting Next Level Valet often. Thank you again for the A+ service!

Initially when we pulled up I was greeted by a very friendly person who took my keys, helped us unload and we were off to check in. I came back down a few minutes later because my daughter left something in the truck she needed. They gave me the keys, told me where it was parked and ran to get it. Handed the keys back, no problem. When we went to leave, I called down to the valet desk and requested they bring around the truck. They said to give them 10 minutes. I gave them 15. We checked out and went out to wait expecting the truck to be there. We waited another 10 minutes and nothing. I went to the valet stand and asked where my vehicle was and they had not even attempted to go get it yet. I saw the young man take my keys off the board and head to get the truck. When he finally pulled it around (about 30 minutes since I had called down) he handed me the keys and he key fob was broken. I had to ask for a manager and that took another 10 minutes. After 5 minutes of him trying to fix it he said to email him and they would take care of it. We got back to Austin and I emailed him. I didn't hear back, I emailed again telling him what it would cost to get a new key fob. The email I got said due to COVID-19 they were not able to respond quickly. Wait- everything is closed- you have nothing else to do! I emailed back and told him that (in a nicer way) and that I expected him to take care of it. He emailed me a form to fill out. I completed it and sent it back. A week later after hearing nothing back I emailed him and found a corporate email as well and copied them. The next day my form was sent in and I got another contact person. They said they would review the form and get back to me. I received an email saying to send them a receipt and they would cut me a check. I bought the key fob, sent the receipt and was told they would cut the check and let me know when it was sent. They said the process would be a few days. I emailed again a week later stating I had heard nothing. I eventually got a check but still no response as they said they would. It took 6 weeks to get this processed. Most of the time valet services are fine, but this one was difficult to work with, although they did pay be back for the key fob and it wasn't cheap.

When I received my truck from the valet, my center console had been emptied onto my passenger seat. I needed three pairs of sunglasses, two bottles of cologne, and a wallet of credit cards. When I questioned the valet attendant, he immediately said I didn't go through your car...I told him I didn't ask if you went through my vehicle. I began to get upset because the valet manager said well, at least they didn't break your window or anything. The Grove management team could be more helpful, as well as the Sovereign Services company. I've been trying to get an answer since last Thursday. What a complete joke.....They Gave me Kiehsa's (Account Manager) number, 832-384-3120, but no one answered or returned a message.
