I had the luxury of having Ozzy of Next Level Valet, valet my car for me. From the moment I pulled up, he and his team greeted me with eager, happy faces. I mentioned I had hoped to be able to apply a bit of makeup and powder to my face. Ozzy kindly guided me to an available space, telling humorous jokes along the way. He and his team truly have a nag for making people feel like they are the only ones in the world being catered to. This level of professionalism coupled with genuine thought provoking conversations are truly one of a kind. Because this rare experience I had at the Rosemont in Houston, I will forever be returning to this location. I believe that the way people get treated is a true reflection of the companies culture. I dined at Uchi Friday night and was surprised to find valet services there. I guess because the city is opening back the valet has returned. I recently purchased a really really nice car and the lot was packed. There was a line of cars waiting to get attended to by the valet but not for a lack of their effort - you could see they were trying their best to efficiently move things along. We waited in the line and were greeted by Blake (sorry if I got the name wrong)! I told him I wanted to park the car myself and would take care of him. He pointed at a spot and I didn't exactly feel comfortable parking there. He then asked me where I wanted to park and took the time to be patient and understanding of my concerns despite holding up traffic behind us. It made me feel so much better and when we settled on the spot he helped me back into it by guiding me. I recommend this valet company for high end luxury car owners and specifically recommend the attendant Blake. He's considerate, well mannered, and understands how you feel. Great guy and I appreciate him. I come to Uchi around once a week so I'll be frequenting Next Level Valet often. Thank you again for the A+ service! read more

I had a horrible experience with next level valet services while visiting Rosemont rooftop bar for a client outing last night. Upon leaving the venue with my clients, Will, who works for next level valet, went to get my vehicle. As I was pulling out, Will approached the car and asked if there was something they could do better because I was always valet and never tip. The first mistake he made is assuming i never tip. Every time I visit Rosemont, which is pretty often, I tip the valet services. So I proceeded to ask him how does he know that every time I come I never tip? His response was that he remembered the license plate of the car. It was very unprofessional to approach the car questioning me about a tip and it was borderline scary for him to say he remembers because of my license plate. Going forward, I will no longer tip if Will is working the nights I visit Rosemont or i will request that another person receives the tip and isn't required to share with Will. It makes me no longer want to visit Rosemont, but i will not take that lack of professionalism out on them. I never write negative reviews, but I felt the need to make sure nothing like this happens to someone else. read more

Hey guys, - Just letting everybody know how impressed I am with Next Level Valet in Houston. I ate at Uchi on Westheimer, and Next Level provided parking services. Unfortunately, I found a scratch on my car the next day. I contacted Uchi who put me in touch with Next Level's management, and we agreed to have the video cameras from the parking lot reviewed to see what happened. As it turned out, the video did not show the parking lot, but Next Level very kindly offered to repair the scratch anyway. Now that is real customer service! This shows me that your learn about true quality when things don't go perfectly. When things didn't go as planned and a difficulty arose, Next Level Valet demonstrated the highest commitment to customer satisfaction by repairing the scratch on my car. Nobody can foresee everything that may happen, but my pleasant dealings with Next Level Valet on this matter sure convinced me that they certainly occupy the next level above any other valet service I've ever used. Next Level Valet did a fabulous job at our event last night! The employees were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that our guests received great and prompt service. They also made sure that our guests stayed dry walking to and from their cars during a rain storm! My husband and I finally decided to go out after being stuck in the house for months! We chose Eddie Vs in City Centre due to our previously frequent visits and impeccable service. We utilized the Valet service and was asked were we going to Eddie Vs which we replied yes. My husband and I both used Valet with Next Level Valet. We had a wonderful dinner. We then went down to Valet to obtain our vehicles and was asked how much to place on our credit card. The sign said $10.00 so I replied $20.00 for 2 cars which my husband paid. We both have valid handicap stickers. Both vehicles were parked at the bottom of the driveway and we were told to "walk" to our vehicles! We both responded that it's Valet in which both attendants stated," It's not really a walk" and then laughed. One attendant stated," We dont have time for this Sh__ where is the next car" and they both laughed and walked away. My husband and I asked their names and they refused to give them. We called Eddie Vs and to our disturbance, we were told that Valet was Complimentary. So the sign stating $10 applied to those visiting other locations. So, along with TERRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL service, we were made to pay $20 for a free service! Next Level Valet was HORRIBLE! We called Next Level Valet immediately and was told we were speaking with the Owner. My husband was told one attendant's name was Nick. The Eddie Vs Manager was extremely helpful in attempting to resolve the situation. He listened and offered a resolution. We can't say the same for Next Level Valet! We were only told by the Owner, that he would handle it. So, 2 customers with valid Handicap stickers were made to walk down a driveway to their vehicles while the attendants laughed.
