This is my third review I write on yelp. I normally don't do it this but this time I felt like i should to do so. Probably we contacted to over 5 valet companies to get a quote. Honestly, I hired dexterous Valet because they were the one that i seen them at a restaurant before. And the quote they provided to me was cheaper than the others also. Actually, their prices were amazing that I was worry that the service might be bad but i trusted them for the reasons i mentioned! The service was impressive, it was great! They were on time and so professional. It was a pleasure dealing with david and working with his entire company. They was accommodating and made it simple and easy to us. There is no debt that dexterous Valet provides the best valet service in h-town! I will hire them for all of my future events and you must do it as well. read more

David and his team were awesome and it was a pleasure to work with them. I had called dexterous valet last minute on a Sunday morning for my engagement party at my parent's home thinking there would be no way to book a valet just a few hours before the party. However, David the owner was more than accommodating and helpful. He arranged for the right number of valet attendants we needed for the amount of guests we had. He even showed up himself to meet us and introduce his team. They showed up on time, well dressed, and with great attitudes. I wasn't concerned at all during the party about anything with the vehicles and everything ran smoothly. They stayed the entire time we paid for and were very polite and gracious. We have been using this company since January for our business events that hold by our company. They are always on time and take care of every small detail. The staff are so polite and welcoming. Booking process was so easy and fast. After we booked their service and talked with the people at their office "david" the owner called us to make sure we are comfort with the whole process and to make sure there is no other question or concern. Other pros: Uniformed Supervisor available on site Fully equipped At my event they showed up 20 minutes in advance to take care of those who showed up earlier. Planing an event in downtown Houston can be frustrating especially when trying to find a reliable and friendly valet service . After a few clicks here and search I found Dexterous Valet Parking and I must say it was one of the most hassle-free experience I have ever had. This is the fourth time we are using dexterous valet and honestly I can say they have given me the best quotes in Houston area. They are very fast, very nice and polite to all my guest and have exceeded my expectations. They are easy to work with and always available even on the last minute events which is so nice. This was my first time to use a valet, and it won't be the last, and I will always use Dexterous. They were so nice to work with from the initial call to the time that the valet drivers left. I hosted a baby shower and felt like it would be a nice touch to have the valet, but on the day of the party, I knew that it was much more than that. It was cold and rainy, and my guests avoided the weather with the help of the drivers. Everyone was so pleased to have the luxury of pulling into the drive and getting inside without the hassle of fighting the elements. I recently used this company so I would like to share my experience with you: Pros: good nice looking equipment, well uniformed, greeting polite team, hardworking, on time. Cones: lack of umbrella. However I can't blame them for not having enough umbrella. We all know how weather could change in Houston all of the sudden and due to the heavy traffic we had. We had RSVP 220 and 11 drivers to handle it. I don't expect to they have umbrellas for everyone but I would like to. Other than that there were no issue and I don't want to drop a star because of that. I might give them 4.5 star if I could but I give them 5. Overall good service. read more

We had an event last Friday in memorial Houston.This is a very residential quiet neighborhood with limited street parking and narrow streets, so we want the cars to be parked as soon as they arrive, with no delays, no blocking to our neighbors. Dexterous Valet serviced was highly recommended to me by our wedding venue and I'm so happy that we went with them. Their communication was awesome by the people in their office. And I really don't know how they did it but the valet guys were able to handle my 400 guest parking situation with a small parking lot and street parking. They somehow worked out a system to find all my guest vehicles and know exactly where the cars were when it came time to return them. Perfect service!! The valet staff is the best I have ever dealt with. The day we were a business function and our cooperation hired their services. I came down and was immediately greeted by a valet attendant. Upon exiting the attendant noticed I had a flat tire. Nail in the tire! He offered to put mt spare on! I couldn't believe that he would do that! When my family came down to check out my car was all ready there with the the spare. I know it is a simple fix but that is customer service at its best. The stand out above the rest! read more

I've used Dexterous Valet for mid-large corporate events for a well-known public company. I've always received excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff arrives on-time (30 minutes prior to the event), and they are very respectful of each guest and their vehicle. I had one event where it was pouring down rain, and the valets greeted each vehicle with a large umbrella and escorted them to the door. I highly recommend this company for your next event. read more
