We went to San Antonio and stayed at the Hotel Contessa who have hired out valet services to this company. Initially when we pulled up I was greeted by a very friendly person who took my keys, helped us unload and we were off to check in. I came back down a few minutes later because my daughter left something in the truck she needed. They gave me the keys, told me where it was parked and ran to get it. Handed the keys back, no problem. When we went to leave, I called down to the valet desk and requested they bring around the truck. They said to give them 10 minutes. I gave them 15. We checked out and went out to wait expecting the truck to be there. We waited another 10 minutes and nothing. I went to the valet stand and asked where my vehicle was and they had not even attempted to go get it yet. I saw the young man take my keys off the board and head to get the truck. When he finally pulled it around (about 30 minutes since I had called down) he handed me the keys and he key fob was broken. I had to ask for a manager and that took another 10 minutes. After 5 minutes of him trying to fix it he said to email him and they would take care of it. We got back to Austin and I emailed him. I didn't hear back, I emailed again telling him what it would cost to get a new key fob. The email I got said due to COVID-19 they were not able to respond quickly. Wait- everything is closed- you have nothing else to do! I emailed back and told him that (in a nicer way) and that I expected him to take care of it. He emailed me a form to fill out. I completed it and sent it back. A week later after hearing nothing back I emailed him and found a corporate email as well and copied them. The next day my form was sent in and I got another contact person. They said they would review the form and get back to me. I received an email saying to send them a receipt and they would cut me a check. I bought the key fob, sent the receipt and was told they would cut the check and let me know when it was sent. They said the process would be a few days. I emailed again a week later stating I had heard nothing. I eventually got a check but still no response as they said they would. It took 6 weeks to get this processed. Most of the time valet services are fine, but this one was difficult to work with, although they did pay be back for the key fob and it wasn't cheap. read more

I visited The Grove on 5/4/2023 for an OTC party. I used the valet service provided by the restaurant since I wanted to avoid the hassle of looking for parking near Discovery Green. When I received my truck from the valet, my center console had been emptied onto my passenger seat. I needed three pairs of sunglasses, two bottles of cologne, and a wallet of credit cards. When I questioned the valet attendant, he immediately said I didn't go through your car...I told him I didn't ask if you went through my vehicle. I began to get upset because the valet manager said well, at least they didn't break your window or anything. The Grove management team could be more helpful, as well as the Sovereign Services company. I've been trying to get an answer since last Thursday. They crashed my brand new car, unfortunately I didn't notice until the next day and now they are refusing to fix the damages. They did a bogus investigation and said they were not responsible and refused to give us a clear video footage of the incident. Make sure you stay away from this company they don't care about your vehicle. read more

Apparently NM now contracts with these folks. I park here because of safety, ran in to pick up a repair and returned in 20 minutes. Unusual amount of cars attempting to get up the ramp and were spilling out on to Post Oak, the lot should have been closed. My teeny roadster could have been toast today. I set the seat all the way back and a young man took the key and left in my car, as I read the ticket it stated that if one of their attendants wrecks my ride, I'm SOL. When I returned to get my car there were only 2 attendants attempting to handle 15-16 cars, and some nasty demanding folks were not making their job easier. For $13 the attendant asked me if I wanted to drive my car off the lot, told him there were three cars blocking my ability to do so. He had the other attendant hop in a Lincoln Navigator and he took my car. I realized in a nano second the two cars were going to collide, my car would be scrap metal. Nice hand gestures and yelling saved the day, the attendant in my car stopped suddenly, and muttered that was a close call, you think? BBB has negative complaints filed against this entity due to car wrecks that have occurred and not been settled, negligence can be prevented. read more

STAY AWAY!!! Went to Grotto Italian restaurant in Houston, drove up with my brand new coupe cayman Porsche. The guy in charge of valet parking there told me he had to park my car. I watched as he parked at the front of the restaurant (with plenty of space) and literally saw and "heard" the scratching sound as he scraped the front of the car against the cement parking block??!! I immediately ran over and told him and he denied it??!! At that point I noticed he looked out of it (mane alcohol or drugs or just his damn personality). Don't care about your car and then expect a tip and if your tip is not what they want they will even get angry. Tried talking with they "Director of Parking Operations", Edwardo Rodriguez, and he didn't care. Low class valet parking service. read more

Have used these people for all of our events and they have been very good. We once had a valet Parker accidentally ruin a tire and the company paid for all repairs. It's easy to book them online and they are all very professional. read more

I was told this company did the valet at The Grove restaurant where we dined last Tuesday. They changed my radio station and listened to music while going through all my compartments. 8$ was missing. Really all for 8$? I can never trust the restaurant or this valet service again as next time it may be something worth stealing. read more

They cracked my windshield and scratched my paint. When they returned my vehicle, they made my 91 year old mother walk across the driveway while we were at Hilton Americas Houston. When I complained, the driver said his supervisor told him to park there. He said he couldn't do anything about the cracked windshield. I called his supervisor and he told me to complete the claim forms and send pictures. When I did, he said it takes 3 days to review, then said I should have handled it that day and now it was denied. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They parked my truck and ruined both the back rims. Of course they stated the video showed that it was not their fault so it was not their responsibility. Based off the reviews they like to use "the video" as their cover up even though I am sure no video exists. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS VALET SERVICE. read more
