It was worth the investment as they programmed the Roku boxes I bought & effortlessly logged us into the programming services I subscribed to. In about an hour all three TVs had everything loaded. I lost one channel I would have preferred to keep, but gained two that weren't available through Armstrong. Outstanding facility and the manager that helped secure our unit is an absolutely lovely human being. He was courteous, informative, compassionate, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. You know you are in a good place of business when customers are walking by and giving the manager and the facility praise as we are touring the site. I ran into a dilemma while vacating my house and dropping off stuff at storage. I was staying in a hotel and no longer had a physical address but I had a broken television that I had to discard. When I explained my situation to the manager, he offered to let me leave the television with him and he promised to contact a removal service and have the television discarded. I'm currently going through a divorce and the manager's empathy meant the world to me. I'm so glad I discovered this company. Rent here for your storage needs. You cannot go wrong.
