When we entered the store, a few employees greeted us. In the aisles, my husband easily found the Google Pixel stand that he wanted. Its price was typical. I quickly looked at other types of products, and I thought that the selection of televisions, computers, cell phones, etcetera was large. At the checkout counter, several employees were available, so we waited in line for less than one minute. Our cashier said hello, scanned our product, accurately charged us, and thanked us. I have not used this store's Geek Squad services, so I cannot comment on it.

After researching options for programming, I needed to get hooked-up & that's where these guys came in. We had three TVs to convert & knew nothing about it. I imagine we could have struggled through it, got frustrated & eventually get there, but decided to bring in some expertise. It was worth the investment as they programmed the Roku boxes I bought & effortlessly logged us into the programming services I subscribed to. In about an hour all three TVs had everything loaded. I lost one channel I would have preferred to keep, but gained two that weren't available through Armstrong. I calculated saving $75/month on programming, so their reasonable service fee plus the cost for three Roku units will be recouped in three months.

I had a few businesses give me quotes but this company was more personable. They had me send photo and gave me an honest and reasonable estimate. They arrived on time and gave me heads up on their ETA. The day of hauling, they walked through the items and told me where they would end up- dump, repurposed, recycled. I gave them more items than I expected since I felt they would repurpose them as opposed to hauling the load to dump. Nice men with good manners and super helpful. I will call them again. Ps. Old TVs cost extra to remove but well worth the additional price. But I would recommend trying Best Buy- they allow one item per household for e-waste but i am not sure about older TVs.
