They are all very nice, and explain everything to you. It's nice to know what is going to happen, and how much it may be BEFORE they actually start. I have been getting work done here for a while now and my experiences here are always good. I've had crowns, implants, & cleanings and it's a pleasure to visit this office. Dr. Trinh is great at explaining what needs to be done & give options to what must be done & what can wait, or what should be planned for. The rest of the staff are great at making you feel comfortable & they almost never make you wait for your appointment. Monica & MJ are great & after a couple visits they treat you like friends. This review has been very delayed. I went to Dr. Trinh Nguyen because I had switched insurance carriers and a new dentist provided me with a laundry list of items that needed to be done to my teeth. It was completely out of the norm for me since I'm very diligent with my dental care. I went to Cosmetic and Dental Implant Center for a second opinion and Dr. Nguyen answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. Can't say anything bad about the dentist himself but the way they hustle you for your money here isn't right. I've got good insurance of not the best and I had a tooth pulled it cost me 25 bucks that's the good part the bad part is they charged me almost 400 for bone graph that I didn't NEED!! Key word NEED!! If I would have known the bone graph was that much I would have passed on that since I'm having the tooth replaced within a year and I have my children's mouths to feed, this place did not bother to tell me that I could have the tooth pulled without the bone graph it was all or nothing so if you come across this place ask lots of questions and see what your actually paying for!!! read more

WOW! I have been going to a few other different offices and none can compare to this one. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, from the moment I walked into the office. Roberto did a great job with my x-rays and making me feel comfortable, making sure I was not in pain. Dr. Tran did a great job with my fillings and I felt little to no pain. They were very considerate of my pain level/teeth sensitivity. They also were informative and willing to answer any of my questions. Highly recommend this place, at least try it out! Had to file a grievance through my insurance company because this place keeps hounding me about money I owe them, yet when my insurance requested proof of what the billing was for, they could not come up with anything and the case was closed so I thought. Low and behold almost 7 months later out of the blue I get another bill from this dental office still trying to collect! I will not be coming back. Was told the service would be covered by insurance, and even if the insurance denied the service, the cost would be only $91. The bill the dentist sent is for $685 and the insurance company says the dentist office has not even sent in the simple but required paperwork and copy of xrays for consideration for reimbursement! In addition, Cosmetic and Dental Implant Center is billing me almost three times more than the insurance company allows them to bill! Believe me this rating of one star is several stars higher than they deserve. read more
