This dental office is the real deal. Excellent, professional work. Friendly staff, great dentists. Some of the dentist we have gone to in the past seemed to be doing just surface work. Not getting deeper into what dental issues you have. Just cleaning the surface ( literally and figuratively) and not finding critical issues that you need to stay healthy. CDIC is the opposite of this. They find the root of the issue and tell you in a very transparent way what the next steps are. Getting you to a healthy lasting place with your teeth. I'm still coming here after many, many years. I've put a lot of money into my teeth and I refuse to go anywhere else. The girls at the front office here are so amazing and the doctors are so great. I wouldn't go to any other office for my hygiene care because I need to have a good dentist who knows how to take care of my teeth. I just received a call from someone in the office asking if I was ready to reschedule my appointment. I get it, dentist appointments are important but the amount of pressure I feel I have received from the office within the last year with frequent calls and follow up texts, not to mention appointments scheduled without my authorization is enough for me to not want to come back here. I have canceled appointments and will say "I will call to reschedule" and I will get follow up texts like the picture I attached when I have already canceled. I don't know if it's lack of communication in the office or someone keeps dropping the ball, but it's a shame because I did enjoy coming here without the added pressure. read more

My review is overdue however I highly recommend Dr. Kang and the staff here! Front desk is so kind, and I had the best experience here. I was very iffy about my previous dental office and so I came in for a second opinion, and now I am happy to say that Dr. Kang is now the dentist I hope to see whenever I am in California. She is very friendly and warm, and you can tell she is great with kids. Martha, Liz, Jen and Sandra have also all made my experience such a nice one. As someone who is generally a little worried when I hear the words "go to the dentist", I feel very comfortable with them! When I asked about a service, they explained everything to me-- whether I would or wouldn't need numbing, other teeth I have to watch out for, checkups that may have to be done, and why something may or may not be covered by my insurance. This team really takes their time with you and I felt comfortable moving forward with any necessary services because I felt honestly informed and not rushed (At my previous dental office, I had felt like I walked into a car dealership). When I did come in for the services, everything was on time and very quick. I've never had this experience at a dentist so I'm so thankful to have found them.
