And she sent me a link to fill out forms at my leisure at home instead of a clipboard in the office. The consultation was no surprise, I needed a root canal. Again thinking weeks away, they scheduled me next day. Dr Smolkin did the procedure. Not a very talkative fellow but then he was rather busy. I'll take less talking for next day service any time. So Jackie and Gabby helped me out at the front desk and were friendly and efficient. Good people you'd enjoy talking to if they didn't have to work. After my insurance coverage I was told I would pay $600 out-of-pocket. Soon after I discovered I was pregnant so did not go back to get the laser cleaning done. The health of my gums was a huge concern during my pregnancy since pregnancies are already tough on one's teeth. After my pregnancy, I decided to go to another dentist for a second opinion on the health of my gums. They told me my teeth and gums were in excellent health and just really needed a good cleaning. My cleaning was done by the new dentist and my teeth and gums fill amazing again. This place is not what it used to be. It is very money driven now and it's disappointing. I have now changed my primary dental office to the new dentist who is able to take care of me without needing a $600 laser cleaning. It feels like they took my concern and tried to profit off of it as much as they could.

Not getting deeper into what dental issues you have. Just cleaning the surface ( literally and figuratively) and not finding critical issues that you need to stay healthy. I have been looking for a dentist for quite…read morea few months now and after researching and reading all the good reviews online I decided to give them a try. When I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist named Sarah. She was really sweet and courteous and explained my whole check-in process. From here I was introduced to nurse Faith who explained the whole X-Ray process. Once this was completed I was then taken to the examination room where I met Dr. Kraemer. Since this was my first visit as a new patient he welcomed me and explained everything regarding the office, his practice and then shared the screen showing all my data, and explained the treatment I needed. He also introduced me to the hygienist Christa who worked on the standard cleaning of my teeth. Overall I would say that I was very impressed with my first visit. staff courteous and knowledgeable facility clean and sanitized pain free treatment (hygienist hands were very light did not feel a thing) cater to my needs and not sell or market anything explained treatment, finances and answered all my questions Advanced technology (was connected to an app so I have full visibility of my visit summary, my appointments, messages to the doctor and resource library) After my initial visit I signed up the rest of my family. My daughter who got her fillings done was really pleased with her first visit. My son who got a regular cleaning had also mentioned how he felt comfortable and didn't dread the dentist anymore. My husband who came for his initial visit appreciated how patiently Dr. Kraemer and staff explained all the treatments he needed and how quickly appointments were set up so he could utilize his remaining benefits for this year. During my cavity filling, I was numbed and while the doctor and hygienist worked on my teeth. I suddenly felt them quickly suction and rush me to sit all the way up without a word. They both walked away for a few minutes. I was confused and then I felt something metallic clashing against my teeth. It turns out the drill head fell in my mouth, since I was numbed it slipped out of my mouth and into my bib. I picked it up, waited for them to come back, and then I let them know. With how quick they moved me up and how long they were gone for, there is no way they did not know when it happened. This has never happened to me before so I was dumbfounded. I do understand that accidents happen but this was beyond unprofessional not to warn me or even mention this to me in the case of an emergency or ask me if I swallowed anything or felt anything. They didn't even apologize for it either. What would have happened if I did swallow it? Suing is not even a major concern to them since it's in their consent form and neither was my safety. Quite honestly, had they informed me, I would have actually came back because I am sure they are great providers but they have lost my trust. I truly question their integrity and how they value patient safety... I really wanted to like this place but I can't bring myself to come back.
